Role Overview
The Supply Chain Program Manager (SCPM) supports cross-functional teams in executing supply chain activities for New Product Introduction (NPI) programs. This role focuses on coordinating NPI tasks, tracking progress, and assisting in resolving issues under the guidance of senior team members. The SCPM will gain exposure to product development processes, risk management, and supply chain operations while contributing to successful product launches.
Key Responsibilities
Support the supply chain function during New Product Introduction (NPI) within the product development core team.
Manage supply chain activities across product development phases to meet key milestones.
Work with internal teams and ODM/CM partners to track progress and ensure timely execution.
Help maintain NPI schedules, track deliverables, and escalate risks/issues with resolution path
Collaborate with management and internal Supply Chain and external development partners to recommend and implement changes to product, processes or business practices.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain, Engineering, or related field.
2–4 years of experience (internships/co-ops acceptable).
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Good communication and stakeholder coordination skills.
Ability to manage tasks and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
The pay range for this role is $73,800 to $113,650 USD annually with additional opportunities for pay in the form of bonus and/or equity (applies to United States of America candidates only). Pay varies by work location, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience.
