A Day in the Life

As the Strategic Customer Growth Lead – Digital Health Benelux, you are responsible for driving the adoption, deployment, and commercial growth of Digital Health solutions across the Benelux region. You combine business development, clinical workflow integration, and operational execution to ensure digital health solutions are successfully implemented, adopted, and scaled within hospital environments.

You report to the Digital Health Leader Western Europe and travel regularly across the Benelux region (up to 50%) to support customer meetings and implementations. Flexibility is essential for success in this role.

Responsibilities may include the following and other duties may be assigned:

  • Drive adoption and revenue growth of digital health and remote patient monitoring solutions by developing and managing opportunities with hospitals and healthcare providers.
  • Support evaluation projects and pilot programs, working closely with customers to successfully convert pilots into scalable commercial deployments
  • Ensure successful implementation, onboarding, and long term adoption of digital health solutions at customer sites by providing guidance on deployment and operational best practices
  • Develop and execute strategic customer growth plans aligned with clinical, operational, and organizational objectives, while tracking program performance through defined KPIs and regular customer reviews
  • Collaborate closely with clinicians and hospital teams to integrate digital solutions into existing clinical workflows and patient pathways, including pre operative assessment, peri operative monitoring, and post discharge follow up
  • Translate clinical and operational needs into value based business cases and scalable implementations that demonstrate measurable clinical and economic outcomes
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with hospital leadership, clinicians, IT teams, procurement stakeholders, and internal cross functional teams, while leading customer workshops, training sessions, and implementation activities

Required Knowledge and Experience:

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business, Healthcare Management, Biomedical Engineering, or a related field
  • 3–5 years of experience in healthcare, medical technology, or digital health, with strong exposure to hospital systems and clinical stakeholders
  • Solid understanding of clinical workflows and healthcare environments
  • Proven experience coordinating cross-functional teams and managing complex customer or implementation projects
  • Excellent communication, stakeholder engagement, and presentation skills
  • Fluent in Dutch and English, good knowledge of French, and willingness to travel up to 50%

Clinical background (e.g., nursing or allied health) is considered an advantage.

Pay range / Rango salarial / Intervalo salarial /Fascia retributiva / Tranche de salaire / Gehaltsband / Salaribereik:  Belgium: 90,160.00 EUR - 135,240.00 EUR | Netherlands: 90,000.00 EUR - 135,000.00 EUR | 

 

This position is eligible for a short-term incentive called the Medtronic Incentive Plan (MIP).
