As a Lead, PCVD Equipment, you will lead a team of equipment engineers responsible for improving manufacturing capability through equipment performance, yield improvement, throughput optimization, and quality excellence. You will set strategic direction, develop team capabilities, and collaborate with manufacturing, facilities, technology development, and global partners to achieve business objectives. This is a great opportunity to influence fab performance at scale while building a high-performing engineering organization.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead and develop a team of equipment engineers to achieve manufacturing, quality, output, and cost objectives

  • Define team strategy, establish performance goals, and allocate resources to support business priorities

  • Drive equipment optimization initiatives to enhance yield, throughput, and operational efficiency

  • Partner with global manufacturing and engineering teams to implement best-known methods and support equipment installation, modification, and relocation projects

  • Communicate technical and business updates to leadership, team members, and large multi-functional audiences

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree or higher in Engineering, Physical Sciences, or a related technical field

  • Minimum 5 years of semiconductor manufacturing experience with previous people leadership experience

  • Demonstrated success leading teams, managing multiple complex projects, and solving challenging technical problems

  • Strong knowledge of semiconductor manufacturing processes, equipment engineering practices, and operational excellence methodologies

  • Excellent communication, organizational, data analysis, troubleshooting, and decision-making skills

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience leading large engineering organizations in high-volume semiconductor manufacturing environments

  • Proven ability to build collaborative partnerships across manufacturing, engineering, facilities, and supplier organizations

  • Strong experience coaching, mentoring, succession planning, and talent development

  • Experience using AI-enabled tools, machine learning, automation platforms, or advanced data analytics to improve engineering decisions and productivity

  • Experience using AI-assisted analytics to enhance data interpretation, anomaly detection, and yield improvement initiatives
