THE OPPORTUNITY

The U.S. Senior Field Marketing Manager, LAA Management Franchise will serve as the commercial marketing leader responsible for driving adoption, utilization, and sustained growth of the Amulet platform across the United States. This individual will lead both downstream US marketing initiatives and field-facing commercialization efforts, ensuring seamless execution from national strategy through customer adoption.

The role will partner closely with US Sales, Field Marketing, Medical Education, Clinical Affairs, Professional Affairs, and Global Marketing to develop and execute programs that accelerate therapy adoption, physician engagement, procedural growth, and customer success. This highly visible leadership, field- based, position requires a strategic marketer who can translate market insights into impactful commercial programs while driving field execution and business performance.

WHAT YOU’LL WORK ON

Commercial Strategy & Growth

  • Lead U.S. marketing strategy for the Amulet platform to drive adoption, procedure growth, market share, and revenue performance.
  • Develop annual business plans, segmentation strategies, commercial objectives, forecasts, and performance metrics.
  • Serve as the U.S. market expert for left atrial appendage occlusion (LAAO), translating customer, clinical, and competitive insights into growth strategies.

Product Commercialization & Launch Excellence

  • Lead U.S. commercialization and launch readiness for new LAAO capabilities and portfolio enhancements.
  • Develop value propositions, messaging, customer programs, and multichannel campaigns that drive adoption and utilization.
  • Drive customer segmentation, targeting, and engagement strategies across key stakeholder groups, including electrophysiologists, interventional cardiologists, administrators, and allied healthcare professionals.
  • Monitor launch performance and implement optimization strategies to maximize business impact.

Customer & Field Engagement

  • Own the LAAO customer experience and identify opportunities to improve physician confidence, procedural efficiency, and patient access.
  • Partner with Sales and Field Marketing to execute customer engagement programs and accelerate adoption in key accounts.
  • Support field education, national launches, and key customer interactions, including KOL engagement and industry events.

Cross-Functional Leadership

  • Collaborate with Sales, Global Marketing, Medical Affairs, Clinical Affairs, Market Access, and R&D to align strategy and execution.
  • Serve as a key liaison between Product Management and field teams, ensuring customer feedback informs commercial priorities and innovation.

Market Intelligence & Business Performance

  • Monitor competitive activity, market trends, and customer needs to inform strategy and investment decisions.
  • Leverage analytics and commercial insights to evaluate program effectiveness and drive continuous improvement.

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS - EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE

  • Bachelor’s degree required; MBA preferred.
  • 7+ years’ experience in product marketing, product management, group marketing, product management, or commercial leadership.
  • Medical device experience required; cardiovascular, structural heart or electrophysiology preferred.
  • Demonstrated track record of driving commercial performance, franchise growth, and successful product launches.
  • Proven ability to lead through ambiguity and operate successfully in fast-growing markets.
  • Experience influencing senior stakeholders and leading complex cross-functional initiatives in a global matrix organization.
  • Travel: Approximately 30-40%

The base pay for this position is

$129,300.00 – $258,700.00

In specific locations, the pay range may vary from the range posted.
