The Opportunity
Our location in Columbus, Ohio, currently has an opportunity for a Sr. Sales and Bonus Analyst for our Nutrition Division. Our nutrition business develops science-based nutrition products for people of all ages, from helping babies and children grow to keeping adult bodies strong and active. Millions of people around the world count on our leading brands – including Similac®, PediaSure®, Pedialyte®, Ensure®, and Glucerna® – to help them get the nutrients they need to live their healthiest lives.
The Sr. Sales/Bonus Analyst will support all sales teams on the Adult Nutrition business unit through the development, execution, and calculation of the field salesforce bonus program. A thorough understanding of the sales direction and alignment with marketing objectives is paramount to successful implementation of the field sales force bonus program. The position requires a high degree of accuracy, attention to detail, and time management. Due to the complexity of the different sales teams there is a need for strong analytical and data management skills.
What You’ll Work On
Ownership of the Adult Nutrition field sales force bonus program
Gaining cross functional alignment in the development of bonus categories
Calculating and aligning sales goals to business unit plan
Maintaining records and tracking of bonus eligibility throughout the year
Calculation of bonus payouts including gaining approval of senior management
Tracking and reporting of bonus payout against targets
Budget and purchasing responsibilities to include assessing needs for secondary data to support sales metrics and targeting
Specialization in at least one sales team to own research request, reporting, and support of targeting/alignment
Development and application of sales metrics with an understanding of how metrics are reported, what data is available, and how they relate to sales performance
Strong project management to meet deadlines, keep records, and implement process improvements
Presentation and communication to teams to drive alignment and understanding of work
Utilize available tools (Power BI, Alteryx, Tableau, Excel) to gather, analyze and communicate analysis to sales management, marketing and senior leadership
Required Qualifications
Typically requires 3+ years of progressive finance, operations, analytics or sales administration experience which includes analytics and/or sales support responsibility.
Candidate / incumbent should possess the following:
ability to apply knowledge of systems to support Therapeutic Nutrition’s diverse sales administration requirements
ability to clearly, concisely and accurately convey communications
ability to form and develop interpersonal, professional relationships; display socially and professionally appropriate behavior;
ability to work independently and in groups
demonstrated initiative and problem-solving skills; critical-thinking skills
strong attention to detail, customer service, priority setting and creativity
ability or aptitude to multi-task as new projects and challenges are incurred
ability and aptitude to use various types of databases and other computer software.
Education:
Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience required. M.B.A is preferred.

The base pay for this position is
$78,000.00 – $156,000.00In specific locations, the pay range may vary from the range posted.
