Description -

The AI Commercial Systems & New Customer Experiences (C&NCE) Experience Lead is responsible for defining, delivering, and scaling AI-powered customer experiences across HP's ecosystem. This role owns the end-to-end product strategy, roadmap, and business outcomes for key AI experiences and applications, including the NCE App, HP Perform, and Visor deployment and rollout initiatives.

The leader serves as the primary Product Requirements Document (PRD) owner, translating business objectives and customer needs into differentiated AI-enabled experiences. This role works cross-functionally with Engineering, Design, Business Transformation & Growth (BTG), IQ Design, and Personal Systems Software (PSSW) organizations to drive product execution from concept through launch and ongoing optimization.

Responsibilities
 

Product Strategy & Ownership

  • Responsible to own the strategic product vision for key future experiences across Better Together, Meeting Assistance, and Local AI by defining customer value propositions, experience pillars, and scalable roadmap priorities.

  • ​Create a standardized, credible, and repeatable product management operating model for AI software initiatives that strengthens decision-making, product quality, and organizational trust.

  • Own product vision, roadmap, and execution for AI-driven customer experience initiatives.

  • Serve as primary PRD owner for:

    • NCE App

    • HP Perform

    • Visor rollout and adoption programs

  • Define customer needs, experience requirements, success metrics, and business outcomes.

  • Prioritize investment opportunities based on customer value, business impact, and technical feasibility.

  • Drive alignment between strategic objectives and product delivery plans.

AI Experience Leadership

  • Lead development of innovative AI-powered experiences that improve customer productivity, engagement, and satisfaction.

  • Identify emerging AI capabilities, user behaviors, and market trends to inform product direction.

  • Establish experience frameworks and design principles that ensure consistency across customer touchpoints.

  • Define KPIs and success measures for AI adoption, engagement, and customer value realization.

Cross-Functional Collaboration

  • Partner closely with:

    • Software Development teams to deliver scalable and reliable solutions

    • IQ Design to define world-class user experiences

    • BTG teams to support business transformation initiatives

    • PSSW organizations to align platform, software, and ecosystem strategies

    • Product, Marketing, and Go-to-Market teams to drive adoption and commercialization

  • Facilitate executive reviews, stakeholder alignment, and prioritization decisions.

Program & Portfolio Management

  • Lead complex, cross-functional programs spanning multiple organizations and geographies.

  • Manage timelines, dependencies, risks, and resource alignment for major product initiatives.

  • Ensure successful rollout, adoption, and continuous improvement of Visor and related AI experiences.

  • Drive operational excellence through structured planning, governance, and execution processes.

Customer & Market Insight

  • Gather and synthesize customer feedback, analytics, usability findings, and market intelligence.

  • Translate insights into actionable product enhancements and roadmap decisions.

  • Champion customer-centric design and data-driven decision making across the organization.

Team Leadership

  • Develop a high-performing team of product managers recognized for strong deliverables, growth mindset, enterprise contribution, and thought leadership in AI product management. Lead, mentor, and develop product managers and cross-functional contributors.

  • Foster a culture of innovation, collaboration, accountability, and continuous improvement.

  • Build organizational capability in AI experience management and product leadership.

Required

  • Bachelor's degree in, Marketing, Engineering, Computer Science, Human-Centered Design, or related field.

  • 8+ years of product management, customer experience, or software leadership experience.

  • 3+ years of people leadership experience.

  • Demonstrated experience owning product strategy and execution for software or AI-based products.

  • Strong understanding of AI technologies, user experience design, and digital product development.

  • Proven ability to influence senior executives and lead across matrixed organizations.

Preferred

  • MBA or advanced degree.

  • Experience with AI assistant, productivity, or SaaS platforms.

  • Experience leading AI Experiences

  • Experience leading enterprise-scale software rollouts and adoption programs.

  • Familiarity with agile product development methodologies and design thinking practices.

The pay range for this role is $147,050 to $230,850 USD annually with additional opportunities for pay in the form of bonus and/or equity (applies to United States of America candidates only). Pay varies by work location, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience.
