The following position is to join our RTX Enterprise Services team in Santa Isabel, Puerto Rico:
The Sr. Analyst, Infrastructure & Workplace Services create test cases, conduct tests, analyze data, and prepare reports that ensure products and services meet the established requirements. Collaborate with other teams to implement quality control measures, troubleshoot issues, and recommend solutions to enhance overall quality.
What You Will Do
- Develop and execute detailed test cases to assess software functionality and performance
- Identify and document defects, bugs, and other observations
- Evaluate and create reports on test outcomes
- Present test results to developers and other stakeholders
- Work closely with developers and stakeholders to review documented testing results
- Routinely review requirements to ensure tests cover all aspects of the software, feature, or service
- Adhere to relevant quality assurance standards and regulations
- Continuously improve the testing process as services, standards, and requirements evolve
- Leverage testing software such as Jira or Confluence to record testing information and processes
- Create test cases in Inflectra’s SpiraTest + Rapise codeless testing software to automate test case execution
- Maintain test lab machines with relevant software and updates
- This position will reference written work instructions for guidance with daily job activities. Work instructions are available in English only.
Qualifications You Must Have
- A University Degree or equivalent experience and minimum 2 years of prior relevant experience.
- Experience with software development process and lifecycle
- Experience working with Microsoft Office Excel and Work
- Experience with QA methodologies and practices
- Familiarity with testing tools like Jira or Confluence
Qualifications We Prefer
- Basic familiarity of Azure Information Protection
- Familiarity with codeless automation tools
- Familiarity with project management principles and tools
- Capable of leading QA meetings
- Strong Windows troubleshooting skills
