Job Description:
The Program Manager for Strategic Sourcing serves as a central leader within the organization, operating as a strategic extension of the VP, Strategic Sourcing (Silicon, Networking, Software, Rebates). This role drives execution of key business initiatives by combining PMO leadership, business operations, and executive support to deliver measurable outcomes. The position has direct engagement with senior leadership, high impact on supplier performance, operational execution, and organizational efficiency. The ideal candidate is a results-driven program leader with deep experience managing cross-functional initiatives in complex, global environments.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead end-to-end execution of key organizational programs including supplier scorecards, AI initiatives, and operational reporting frameworks, establishing governance, milestones, KPIs, and reporting cadence.
- Drive cross-functional program execution across sourcing, planning, and operations teams, ensuring alignment across software, silicon, and networking sourcing activities.
- Support supplier management processes including contract execution, onboarding, engagement tracking, and partnering with commodity teams to monitor supplier performance, cost, and readiness.
- Own development and deployment of organization-wide reporting and dashboards, providing data-driven insights on spend, savings, and performance to support leadership decision-making.
- Act as a strategic partner to the VP, translating priorities into actionable programs and supporting organizational planning including org design, workforce planning, and leadership reviews.
- Design and implement standardized processes to improve efficiency and scalability, identifying automation opportunities and driving continuous improvement initiatives.
- Drive organization-wide communication, change management, and alignment across global and cross-functional stakeholders, including rollout of key initiatives and training programs.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree
- 5+ years of experience in program management or relevant experience
- Strong AI prompt experience and good understanding of agentic AI implementation.
- Strong program management and PMO leadership experience with demonstrated ability to manage cross-functional initiatives.
- Experience working in a complex, global organization with enterprise-level stakeholders.
- Strong analytical skills with experience in data-driven decision-making and reporting.
- Experience preparing executive-level materials, presentations, and business updates.
- Experience in supply chain, procurement, or technology industry preferred.
- Familiarity with enterprise compliance, systems, and audit requirements preferred.
Knowledge and Skills:
- Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational and prioritization abilities with attention to detail.
- Ability to operate with discretion and manage sensitive organizational information.
- Knowledge of strategic sourcing practices, supplier management, and procurement processes.
- Familiarity with analytics tools, dashboards, and reporting platforms.
- Understanding of AI programs, technology trends, and their application in supply chain operations.
