The Digital Services division brings together Software products and platforms from across HP, including our robust Print, Document and Workflow Management suite, our Wolf security solutions or the new DEX offering Workforce Experience platform, a cloud-native, AI-driven Employee Experience platform.
Digital Services Global Category team is all about collaborating across HPS and our Commercial Organization to deliver meaningful outcomes for our customers, partners and business. Accountable for helping achieve HPS growth targets, by driving increased solutions adoption, defining pricing strategy, and delivering market enablement globally.
We are looking for a strategic, data-driven leader to drive Software GTM Strategy & Business Planning across our Digital Services portfolio. This is a senior individual contributor role at the core of our software growth engine—connecting strategy to execution, shaping go-to-market plans, and driving planning rigor across the business. Playing a key role in accelerating our transition to a platform-led model, with a strong focus on recurring revenue, GTM effectiveness, and scalable execution. The ideal candidate is a strong communicator, a strategic thinker, and a self-starter who thrives in a cross-functional and fast-paced
environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Own the GTM planning cadence (annual planning, QBRs), ensuring alignment across Product, Sales, Marketing, and Finance
- Translate strategy into execution, defining clear GTM plans, pipeline assumptions, and coverage models
- Drive software growth planning, including recurring revenue (ARR, GRR, NRR) and subscription strategies
- Define and track GTM KPIs, providing visibility into performance drivers and execution gaps
- Align cross-functional teams on targets, priorities, and execution plans across global and market teams
- Ensure launch readiness, supporting product and solution launches with strong enablement and market adoption
- Generate actionable insights from performance, pipeline, and market signals to inform decisions
- Identify risks and opportunities, driving corrective actions to improve execution and accelerate growth
- Strengthen planning rigor and governance, improving forecast accuracy and consistency across the business
Qualifications:
Education & Experience:
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, or a related field (Master’s degree preferred).
8+ years of experience inn strategy, GTM planning, business planning, or similar roles in a technology or software environment.
Proven experience in financial modeling, forecasting, and managing cross-functional business planning processes
Skills & Competencies:
Strong understanding of enterprise software and subscription business models
Proven ability to translate strategy into GTM execution with measurable impact
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret data and translate it into actionable business strategies.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, including exposure to senior leadership
Strong attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Ability to operate independently in a fast-paced, highly matrixed environment
Preferred Skills:
Experience in SaaS, platform, or digital services businesses
Background in consulting, BizOps, or GTM strategy roles
Experience driving software monetization and adoption programs
Exposure to global GTM models and multi-market execution
The pay range for this role is $130,700 to $150,000 USD annually with additional
opportunities for pay in the form of bonus and/or equity (applies to United
States of America candidates only). Pay varies by work location, job-related
knowledge, skills, and experience.
