Job Description

Everything starts with our people. As a Shipping and Traffic Coordinator, you will play a vital role in our physical distribution network by coordinating the outbound movement of finished goods. Working within a highly collaborative and inclusive team environment, you will manage administrative documentation, resolve transit issues, and maintain data accuracy across our systems. Key Responsibilities

Logistics & Administration

• Perform administrative duties in support of activities related to the shipping of finished goods to prioritize on-time delivery

• Log order information into data systems, organizing files and distributing documentation across the supply chain network

• Maintain records and generate reports for accounting and operational teams to support transparency

Carrier & Communication Coordination

• Communicate and coordinate with transportation companies to optimize shipping routes and delivery cycles

• Resolve routine transit questions and logistical issues while maintaining open communication with internal departments

• Observe and oversee inventory movement records to identify discrepancies and adapt distribution workflows

Financial Verification

• Confirm the accuracy of invoices, bills, and charges relative to the shipment of goods to help ensure cost integrity

• Analyze documentation parameters to cross-reference carrier billing against logistics agreements

• Collaborate with accounting teams to update system data and resolve inbound billing inquiries

Target Base Salary Range: $33,700 - $41,000 

Consistent with Motorola Solutions values and applicable law, we provide the following information to promote pay transparency and equity. Pay within this range varies and depends on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. The actual offer will be based on the individual candidate.
