Sensitive Activities Planner

As a Sensitive Activities Planner, you’ll bring your project management and subject matter expertise (SME) to the full lifecycle of Sensitive Activities projects. You’ll develop, coordinate, and implement compartmented operations, activities, and investments against strategic-level requirements via concepts of operation (CONOPs) that support USEUCOM’s theater strategy. You’ll be a trusted advisor to our clients, and we’ll look to you to identify, analyze, and evaluate complex systems, policies, processes such as mission analysis, risk assessment, stakeholder integration, and performance tracking to take ideas to actions.
You’ll guide the work we do for developing unique solutions leveraging Special Access Programs (SAP) & Sensitive Technical Operations (STO) capabilities for the European Command's hardest problems. You Have:
Experience supporting sensitive activities such as SAP, STO, ACCM, or Intelligence Operations
Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with minimal direction
Active TS/SCI clearance; willingness to take a polygraph exam
HS diploma or GED and 4+ years of experience supporting Sensitive Activities or 6+ years of experience supporting Sensitive Activities in lieu of a degree
Nice If You Have:
Experience coordinating with the Joint Staff, Combatant Commands, Services, the Intelligence Community (IC), and Interagency partners
Ability to manage and facilitate high-level meetings and working groups
Possession of exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to brief senior leaders
Bachelor's degree and 2+ years of experience supporting Sensitive Activities or 5+ years of experience supporting Sensitive Activities in lieu of a degree
Project management methodologies Certification such as PMP, Agile, or JOPES Certification
Clearance:
Applicants selected will be subject to a security investigation and may need to meet eligibility requirements for access to classified information; TS/SCI clearance is required.

Salary at Booz Allen is determined by various factors, including but not limited to location, the individual’s particular combination of education, knowledge, skills, competencies, and experience, as well as contract-specific affordability and organizational requirements. The projected compensation range for this position is $86,800.00 to $198,000.00 (annualized USD). The estimate displayed represents the typical salary range for this position and is just one component of Booz Allen’s total compensation package for employees.
