Working across multiple teams and organizations, the position defines experiential marketing strategies and tracks closed-loop ROI to maximize corporate growth.

  • Trade Show Operations: Oversee end-to-end event logistics, general contractors, exhibit design houses, union labor regulations, and complex on-site schedules.
  • Analytics & Performance Tracking: Using key performance indicators (KPIs) and benchmarks, implement closed-loop post-event analysis to quantify lead generation, pipeline acceleration, and return on investment (ROI).
  • Brand & Content Integration: Oversee the translation of core product value propositions into engaging live activations, digital booth components, and interactive customer journeys.

Required Education and Experience

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree preferred – but not mandatory (BA or BS) in Marketing, Communications, Hospitality Management, or a related field.
  • Experience: 7+ years of event marketing experience preferred, with a proven track record of working on multi-million-dollar Tier 1 third-party trade shows.

Knowledge and Skills

  • Trade Show Expertise: Mastery of event marketing principles, trade show ecosystem dynamics, contract negotiation, and exhibit house management.
  • Financial Acumen: Advanced budget forecasting, vendor cost containment, and rigorous fiscal oversight skills.
  • Cross-Functional Influence: Exceptional interpersonal and conflict-resolution skills, with a proven ability to align, lead, and influence matrixed, global, and virtual teams.
  • Analytical Thinking: Sharp analytical capabilities to distill complex trade show data into actionable optimization plans.

Impact, Scope, and Complexity

  • Impact & Scope: Owns the design and execution of experiential strategies that directly drive demonstrable corporate revenue, market share gains, and long-term partner engagement.
  • Complexity: High. Navigates highly complex tactical, and strategic issues while managing competing priorities across internal global business units, external partners, and high-value end customers.
