What You Will Do
This role will play a critical part in supporting and enhancing Pratt & Whitney’s supply chain risk management efforts. Responsibilities include tactical risk event management and reporting, including tracking risk events, gathering relevant data and updates from teams and stakeholders, analyzing and synthesizing the information, and delivering clear, actionable reports to leadership for informed decision-making. This role also supports the development and improvement of risk management tools and processes, collaborating with cross-functional teams to drive efficiencies, and ensuring alignment with the broader Supplier Performance and Risk Management infrastructure.

Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with global regional offices and other P&W & RTX personnel to track and monitor upcoming risk events affecting the supply base.
- Create and manage internal and external surveys when needed to support risk event data gathering.
- Collect, analyze, and aggregate data into clear and actionable reporting formats for leadership.
- Facilitate feedback collection and aggregation from key stakeholders to update and submit materials required for risk leadership reviews. Provide support in analysis of said data/updates in preparation for the reviews.
- Develop, maintain, and refine reports that distill complex information into clear, decision-ready formats.
- Lead improvement projects by working with subject matter experts to identify inefficiencies and clarify requirements, then collaborating with team members to design, enhance, and implement effective solutions.
- Integrate risk management strategies into the broader Supplier Performance, Risk Management, and GSC infrastructure and support their deployment across stakeholder groups.
- Operate collaboratively with Global Supply Chain and other teams within RTX, fostering alignment across functions.
- May also participate in RTX-wide Supply Chain Risk Working Groups and projects as assigned.
- Contribute to the development, project management, and ongoing improvement of other Supplier Performance processes and tools, as needed.
Qualifications You Must Have
- A Bachelor's Degree and minimum 10 years of experience in Supply Chain, Operations, Business, or related field, or an Advanced Degree in a related field and minimum 7 years experience
- Must be a U.S. Citizen. This position may require access to systems/tools that are restricted to individuals who possess US citizenship
Qualifications We Prefer
- Skilled in data analysis tools (e.g., Excel), with the capability to structure and communicate analytical findings in a clear, meaningful way.
- Strong PowerPoint capabilities, including the ability to organize information clearly and present complex topics in a concise, visually compelling format.
- Experience with strategic transformation initiatives
- Experience with risk management processes, tools, or strategies
- Proficiency in data visualization tools (e.g., Power BI, Qlik Sense).
- Familiarity with SQL and database concepts
- Exposure to cross-functional or enterprise-level supply chain projects

The salary range for this role is 132,400 USD - 251,600 USD. The salary range provided is a good faith estimate representative of all experience levels.
