Senior Project Manager
The Opportunity:
CACI is seeking a Senior-level Project Manager for the Global Mission Operations Support (GMOS) contract, supporting the Department of State. This role offers a unique opportunity to enhance national security through advanced IT solutions. Responsibilities:
Leads IT project management services supporting DT/EA/CST Portfolio and Product Teams across enterprise
Establishes structured processes engaging with Product Teams throughout entire product life cycle ensuring early and continuous Service Operations involvement
Provides comprehensive operational guidance advising Product Teams on infrastructure, security, monitoring, and support requirements
Develops comprehensive deployment readiness checklists providing oversight to confirm completion prior to deployment
Establishes communication protocols keeping Service Operations informed of all planned deployments and changes
Conducts comprehensive pre-deployment reviews validating readiness ensuring resolution of issues identified
Leads post-deployment support ensuring smooth transition to production with proactive monitoring
Possesses and applies a comprehensive knowledge across key tasks and high impact assignments, plans and leads major technical assignments, and functions as a technical expert across multiple project assignments; may supervise others
Qualifications:
Required –
BA/BS + 8 years’ experience; equivalencies considered
Active Secret clearance
Experience with IT Service Management (ITSM) tools and methodologies
Desired –
Prior experience supporting federal agencies, especially the Department of State
PMP certification
ITILv4 or ITILv5 certifications

There are a host of factors that can influence final salary including, but not limited to, geographic location, Federal Government contract labor categories and contract wage rates, relevant prior work experience, specific skills and competencies, education, and certifications.
