Northrop Grumman’s Corporate Human Resources organization is hiring a Senior Principal Organization Effectiveness Representative to join the Corporate Organization Effectiveness team. This roles partners closely with business and HR leaders to drive talent management and organizational effectiveness initiatives.

This position reports to the Manager of Organization Effectiveness. This position is located in Falls Church, VA.

Responsibilities include:

  • Collaborate closely with HR Business Leader/Partners to drive talent management initiatives, such as succession management and talent reviews.

  • Apply strong project management skills to plan and execute a variety of projects.

  • Develop and facilitate leader trainings as needed to meet business needs.

  • Consult with leaders and teams to design and deliver solutions using Organization Effectiveness models and tools.

  • Utilize data analytics to identify gaps, provide data-driven recommendations, and track metrics related to people and organizational outcomes.

Basic Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree with 8+ years of experience or Master’s degree with 6+ years of experience in Organization Effectiveness, Talent Management, HR or a related field.

  • Demonstrated experience in project management skills.

  • Excellent relationship-building skills with the ability to effectively collaborate with stakeholders at all levels.

  • Strong verbal and written communication skills with experience leading meetings, facilitating training sessions, and collaborating with cross-functional stakeholders.

  • Proven experience applying data analytics to measure and improve people and organizational outcomes (e.g., identifying gaps, recommending actions, and tracking progress).

  • Ability to prioritize and juggle multiple priorities.

  • Strong business acumen with a focus on how to use talent processes and tools to accelerate business results.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Master’s Degree in Talent Management, Organizational Development, Industrial and Organizational Psychology, or a related field.

  • Prior experience as an HR Business Partner, Organizational Effectiveness Consultant, or in Talent Management roles.

  • Demonstrated experience in consulting and/or change management.

  • Demonstrated data literacy experience developing measures and metrics, creating data visualization for executive stakeholders, and addressing business problems with data solutions.

  • Advanced Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint skills.

Primary Level Salary Range: $117,500.00 - $176,300.00

The above salary range represents a general guideline; however, Northrop Grumman considers a number of factors when determining base salary offers such as the scope and responsibilities of the position and the candidate's experience, education, skills and current market conditions.

Depending on the position, employees may be eligible for overtime, shift differential, and a discretionary bonus in addition to base pay. Annual bonuses are designed to reward individual contributions as well as allow employees to share in company results. Employees in Vice President or Director positions may be eligible for Long Term Incentives. In addition, Northrop Grumman provides a variety of benefits including health insurance coverage, life and disability insurance, savings plan, Company paid holidays and paid time off (PTO) for vacation and/or personal business.
