- Direct wafer movement through inspection and metrology to meet daily OOS and move targets
- Reduce wait‑time bottlenecks by monitoring and managing queue times and WFD
- Lead disposition decisions, excursion containment, and MRB activities
- Partner with Equipment Engineering on PM scheduling and throughput improvements
- Lead and develop a multi‑shift team to ensure consistent, high‑quality operations
- BS or MS in Engineering
- 8+ years semiconductor manufacturing experience
- 5+ years leadership experience across engineers and technicians
- Strong knowledge of RDA and metrology operations
- Proven ability to lead complex lot disposition and excursion responses
- Experience optimizing OEE and metrology throughput
- Background working with high‑volume 24/7 operations
- Demonstrated success leading multi‑shift technical teams
