Senior Manager, Brand Authentication Technology
Description -
The Brand Authentication Technology Manager is responsible for leading and managing a highly technical team to deliver technology solutions to enabling Supplies & Security Authentication roadmaps and delivery. In this role you will drive ink and laser supplies brand protection and security strategies across hardware, software, data and cloud.
Education & Experience Requirements
Four-year or Graduate Degree in Electrical Engineering, or any other related discipline or commensurate work experience or demonstrated competence.
Typically has 10+ years of job-related experience or 8-10 years of management experience, preferably in electrical design and tools, software packages, architecture of electronic hardware, or a related field.
Knowledge and Skills:
Knowledge about Device Security needed
Deep understanding of drivers and solutions in security and encryption
Strong technical background supplies, HW and FW.
Highly analytical approach with strong financial skills and demonstrated data driven decision making
Ability to influence across and up/down in a highly matrixed organization.
Balances strategic thinking with tactical action to drive results.
Advanced project management skills including time and risk management, resource prioritization, and project structuring.
Experienced in managing teams across geographies to drive workforce development and achieve desired results
Superior business acumen, technical knowledge of multiple business units, and extensive knowledge in applications and technologies
Advanced multi-tasking and prioritization skills.
Advanced relationship management skills, including partnering and consulting.
Collaborates across functions to deliver effective program management solutions.
A proven ability to articulate concepts and ideas to senior management and obtain the necessary sponsorship and funding to execute them.
Understands technology and business trends and how they impact on the printing business.
Balances strategic thinking with tactical action to drive results
The pay range for this role is $147,050 to $230,850 USD annually with additional opportunities for pay in the form of bonus and/or equity (applies to United States of America candidates only). Pay varies by work location, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience.
