Boeing Commercial Airplanes (BCA) Supply Chain seeks a Senior Fulfillment Delivery Center Manager (Level L) to lead a high‑impact Fulfillment team supporting the 787 program in North Charleston, South Carolina. This role combines operational leadership, cross‑functional integration, inventory/shortage management, and organizational development to ensure on‑time aircraft delivery and rate readiness. You will influence delivery performance, shape fulfillment strategy, and develop the next generation of supply‑chain leaders.

Position Responsibilities:

Core operations -

  • Lead Fulfillment activities across materials management, transportation, inventory, and replenishment

  • Oversee Flight Line and Delivery Center support teams to ensure parts, documentation, and quality approvals are available for aircraft delivery

  • Drive shortage resolution and maintain inventory accuracy to prevent production or delivery delays

  • Plan resources, balance workloads, and manage staffing to meet operational demands

  • Coach, mentor, and grow fulfillment staff

  • Monitor & report fulfillment performance and ensure inventory readiness for production rate increases

Strategy, planning & performance -

  • Develop and execute organizational strategies and plans that support 787 program objectives.

  • Own KPIs for cost, schedule, quality, productivity, rate readiness, and Fulfillment performance

  • Lead continuous improvement through Boeing Production System (BPS), Lean methods, and root‑cause problem solving

Leadership & collaboration -

  • Motivate teams and build a culture of accountability, trust, safety, teamwork, and quality

  • Partner with Manufacturing, Quality, Engineering, Procurement, and suppliers to resolve issues and meet delivery targets

  • Promote a People First mindset focused on safety, development, and excellence

Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience):

  • 5+ years of experience leading teams

  • 5+ years of experience in materials management or supply chain

  • 5+ years of experience collecting data from multiple sources, performing analysis and presenting data

  • 5+ years of experience developing presentations for and presenting to executive leadership

Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience):

  • Bachelor's degree or higher

  • 5+ years of experience with lean manufacturing processes and improvement initiatives

  • 5+ years of proven strategic leadership & teammate engagement

  • 5+ years of experience with safety and quality processes

  • Forward thinker with experience identifying key risks and developing a mitigation plan to address & resolve

Summary pay range: $133,450 - $180,550
