As one of the technology industry's most desirable employers, NVIDIA is an industry leader in high performance computing, gaming and AI. NVIDIA's GPUs are extraordinary in performance and efficiency, and we are continually innovating in creative ways to deliver outstanding solutions in a wide range of sectors. We are looking for a Senior Fulfillment & Logistics Data Analyst to provide advanced analytics, operational insights, and data-supported solutions spanning our international fulfillment, warehousing, and transportation network. This is an excellent opportunity to play a key role in innovation at a company that is setting the stage for the future of computing!
This role will convert detailed Fulfillment & Logistics data into useful intelligence that improves delivery performance, warehouse management, cycle time, inventory accuracy, transportation efficiency, cost, and customer experience.
What You'll Be Doing:
Develop and maintain end-to-end analytics across inbound transportation, warehouse operations, inventory, outbound fulfillment, transportation, and final delivery.
Analyze operational performance to identify bottlenecks, process gaps, capacity constraints, and opportunities to improve cycle time and service levels.
Conduct root-cause and Pareto analysis to identify systemic drivers of operational failures and recurring exceptions.
Develop predictive and exception-based analytics that allow operations teams to identify risks before they impact customers.
Develop and sustain scalable dashboards using tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or equivalent BI platforms.
Extract, merge, and analyze data from enterprise systems including SAP S/4HANA, SAP EWM, SAP TM, TMS, WMS, ERP, CRM, carrier platforms, and logistics visibility systems.
Identify master-data issues impacting fulfillment execution, including product dimensions, weights, country of origin, packaging information, carrier data, and warehouse master data.
Find opportunities to apply AI, machine learning, predictive analytics, and automation to fulfillment and logistics operations.
What We Need to See:
Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Business Analytics, Data Analytics, Industrial Engineering, Information Systems, Computer Science, or a related area (or equivalent experience).
Over 12 years of experience in supply chain, logistics, fulfillment, operations analytics, or business intelligence.
Strong experience analyzing warehouse, transportation, inventory, order fulfillment, or supply chain performance data.
Demonstrated proficiency in Tableau, Power BI, or similar data visualization software.
Experience with SAP S/4HANA, SAP EWM, and SAP TM.
Experience with Python, R, Databricks, Snowflake, or similar analytical/data platforms.
Knowledge of global transportation, freight forwarding, customs, warehousing, reverse logistics, and fulfillment operations.
Experience working within high-growth, technology, semiconductor, AI infrastructure, or data-center supply chains.
Ways to Stand Out from the crowd:
Analytical Depth: Ability to move beyond reporting what happened to explaining why it happened and what action should be taken.
Supply Chain Acumen: Strong understanding of how warehouse, inventory, transportation, and fulfillment processes interact.
Data Storytelling: Ability to convert complex datasets into concise, executive-level insights.
Operational Approach: Focus on analytics that drive measurable improvements rather than reporting for reporting's sake.
Systems Thinking: Ability to connect business processes, system events, master data, and operational outcomes.
