About the Role:
We are seeking a visionary Senior Director of Product Management to lead CrowdStrike's Data Security product portfolio. This executive leader will define and drive the long-term product strategy for data protection at scale — spanning endpoint, cloud, SaaS, and AI environments. You bring deep expertise in data security, a track record of building and scaling industry-defining products, and the executive presence to influence across the organization.

What You'll Do:
Set Product Vision: Define and own the multi-year data security product strategy, aligning with CrowdStrike's platform vision and market opportunity
Executive Leadership: Lead and mentor a team of senior product managers, fostering a high-performance, customer-obsessed culture
Cross-Functional Ownership: Drive alignment across Engineering, R&D, Sales, Marketing, and GTM to deliver world-class products at scale
Executive Stakeholder Influence: Engage and influence C-suite and senior leadership to secure strategic alignment and investment
Market Leadership: Translate market trends, competitive intelligence, and customer insights into differentiated product strategy
Go-to-Market Partnership: Partner with GTM leadership to develop and execute launch strategies that drive revenue and market share
What You'll Need:
12+ years of product management experience, with 5+ years in a senior leadership role
Deep domain expertise in data security, cloud security, or adjacent markets
Proven track record leading large-scale, complex product portfolios in a high-growth enterprise environment
Experience building and scaling global product teams
Comfort operating across global time zones with occasional international travel
Executive Presence: Ability to influence and align senior stakeholders and drive organizational change
Strategic Thinking: Strong ability to synthesize market, customer, and technical inputs into a compelling product vision
Technical Depth: Fluency in data security, cloud architectures, and emerging AI-driven security trends
Communication: Exceptional ability to articulate complex concepts to both technical and executive audiences
Customer Obsession: Deep commitment to translating customer needs into high-impact product outcomes
Operational Excellence: Proven ability to manage complex, cross-functional programs with rigor and accountability
Proven experience utilizing AI technologies to enhance decision-making, streamline workflows and processes, improve efficiency and drive business outcomes.

Placement within the pay range is dependent on a variety of factors including, but not limited to, relevant work experience, skills, certifications, job level, supervisory status, and location.
