Introduction
Join a high-impact global finance team where you will play a critical role in supporting business growth while shaping credit risk decisions. As a Senior Credit Analyst, you will partner with Sales, Finance, Operations, and Commercial teams to evaluate customer credit risk, develop actionable credit recommendations, and support strategic business objectives.
This position offers exposure to global stakeholders and complex business decisions within a dynamic semiconductor environment. The successful candidate will combine strong financial analysis capabilities, sound business judgment, and a continuous improvement mindset to deliver data-driven recommendations while maintaining strong financial controls and compliance standards.
Your Job
- Conduct comprehensive credit assessments to evaluate customer creditworthiness and financial health.
- Analyze financial statements, payment behavior, and business risk indicators to support credit decisions.
- Recommend credit limits and payment terms that appropriately balance risk management and business growth objectives.
- Review and process customer credit hold releases in accordance with established policies and controls.
- Prepare and maintain reporting related to credit exposure, credit utilization, master credit data, and key credit performance indicators.
- Develop, enhance, and maintain credit scoring models to strengthen risk assessment capabilities.
- Collaborate globally with Commercial, Business Unit Finance, Sales, Data Governance, and Collections teams to drive effective credit management practices.
- Identify and implement process improvements, including automation, AI-enabled solutions, and reporting enhancements.
- Ensure adherence to Credit Policies, internal controls, and compliance requirements.
- Support special projects, including system implementations, user acceptance testing (UAT), process transformation initiatives, and other ad hoc assignments.
Other Responsibilities
- Perform all activities in a safe and responsible manner and support all Environmental, Health, Safety & Security (EHS&S) requirements and programs.
- Support continuous improvement initiatives that drive operational excellence and process efficiency.
- Promote collaboration across global teams while maintaining high ethical and compliance standards.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, Economics, or a related field.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in credit management, credit risk analysis, financial analysis, or related finance functions within a global organization.
- Strong understanding of financial statements and credit risk evaluation methodologies.
- Demonstrated ability to build effective working relationships across global and cross-functional teams.
- Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills with the ability to influence stakeholders at various organizational levels.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills with exceptional attention to detail.
- Continuous improvement mindset with the ability to identify innovative solutions and process enhancements.
- Strong Microsoft Excel skills, including advanced analytical and reporting capabilities.
- Experience using Oracle and SAP S/4HANA systems.
- Ability to understand broader business dynamics and translate financial analysis into actionable recommendations.
- Fluency in English, both written and verbal.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in manufacturing, semiconductor, electronics, or other high-volume global industries.
- Experience developing Power BI dashboards, reports, or other business intelligence and data visualization solutions.
- Familiarity with credit scoring methodologies and predictive analytics.
- Experience supporting finance transformation, automation, or AI-driven process improvement initiatives.
- Professional certification such as CFA, CPA, ACCA, or equivalent is a plus.
