The Opportunity

This position works out of our Alameda, CA location in the Diabetes Care division where we are focused on helping people with diabetes manage their health with life-changing products that provide accurate data to drive better-informed decisions. We’re revolutionizing the way people monitor their glucose levels with our new sensing technology.   

As Senior Brand Manager, Product Launch & Patient Support Programs US, you will lead the strategy and execution of patient support programs and the integration of key commercial initiatives across the US CRM ecosystem, including new product launches, digital enhancements, and lifecycle transitions.

You will own the marketing strategy for Libre patient support programs, defining how they are introduced, adopted, and scaled across CRM, healthcare providers (HCPs), and sales force channels—ensuring a seamless and integrated patient experience.

You will also serve as the lead integrating US product launches into the US multi-channel CRM program, driving adoption and engagement across the patient journey.

What You’ll Work On

Patient Support Program Strategy & Field Engagement:

  • Own go-to-market strategy, positioning, and value proposition

  • Develop tools, resources, and activation plans

  • Drive alignment across CRM, analytics, HCP, and sales force teams

Patient Support Program Performance & Optimization:

  • Develop and enhance performance tracking and reporting

  • Drive and monitor patient adoption, engagement, and retention

  • Translate insights into clear action plans that continuously improve patient experience

Product & Digital CRM Lifecycle Ownership:

  • Own commercialization of product launches and digital updates within US CRM Program

  • Manage product lifecycle transitions and enhancements

  • Ensure cross-functional collaboration and enrollment

Budget & Agency Management:

  • Manage budgets and resources

  • Lead agencies and external partners

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelors Degree with at least 4-6 years of experience in in multichannel CRM or MBA with 1-3 years of related experience

  • Experience working with field teams and HCPs

  • Proven experience leading patient support programs / product launches

  • Strong strategic and execution skills

  • Strong stakeholder management

Preferred Qualifications

  • Healthcare or regulated industry experience

  • Experience managing agencies

  • Familiarity with digital health ecosystems

The base pay for this position is

$130,700.00 – $261,300.00

In specific locations, the pay range may vary from the range posted.
