The Senior Analyst, Marketing Analytics turns marketing data into clear, actionable insight across a broad range of campaigns and channels. Working across a subset of brands and products, this role builds and maintains the data pipelines, dashboards, and reports that power marketing analytics and conducts campaign performance analysis that informs data-driven decisions. The role spans the analytics workflow, from preparing and validating source data through to synthesizing performance across owned and paid channels into recommendations that improve engagement, retention, and ROI.

This role partners with brand, product, channel, and analytics stakeholders to understand their questions and translate them into analyses and visual reporting that tell the story within the data. The ideal candidate is a strong analytical thinker who works independently, proactively recommends improvements, and presents complex findings clearly to both technical and non-technical audiences.

What You’ll Do

Reporting & Data Visualization

  • Build and maintain dashboards, reports, and self-service visualizations that surface campaign performance and business insight, using tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or DOMO.
  • Develop clear, compelling visualizations that tell the story within the data and support recommendations for both technical and non-technical audiences.
  • Develop report automation to improve the speed, consistency, and reliability of recurring reporting.
  • Apply visualization and design best practices for readability, accuracy, and stakeholder usability.
  • Maintain a set of standard reports and metric definitions so results are interpreted consistently across audiences.

Campaign Performance Analysis & Insights

  • Analyze marketing performance across owned and paid channels, including email, digital, social, and SEO/SEM, to derive actionable insight.
  • Conduct pre- and post-campaign analysis and develop target lists to support data-driven decision-making.
  • Proactively recommend optimizations to improve adoption, engagement, retention, and ROI.
  • Support multi-touch attribution and ROI analysis that connect marketing activity to business outcomes.
  • Identify trends and anomalies in performance data and translate them into implications and recommendations for stakeholders.

Data Foundations & Engineering

  • Build and maintain data pipelines and workflows that support marketing reporting and analysis.
  • Extract and manipulate data from cloud and on-premise sources such as Snowflake, AWS (S3), and Google Analytics for reporting and analytical purposes.
  • Develop report automation and self-service dashboard solutions using a combination of SQL/Python and data visualization tools.
  • Perform data validation, deduplication, and quality checks to ensure the accuracy and integrity of datasets used for analysis.
  • Contribute to data governance and to design and development best practices, including documenting procedures for data processes.

Stakeholder Partnership & Continuous Improvement

  • Partner with brand, product, channel, and analytics stakeholders to understand data needs and translate them into analyses and reporting.
  • Present findings and recommendations clearly and compellingly to technical and non-technical audiences.
  • Proactively identify opportunities for efficiency, automation, and standardization across reporting and analysis.
  • Stay current with industry trends, tools, and best practices in marketing analytics and data visualization.
