We are seeking a highly motivated professional to join the Support Equipment Fleet Management Team. In this role, you will serve as the primary focal point for Financial Improvement and Audit Readiness (FIAR) compliance and U.S. Government-owned assets within Pratt & Whitney's custody. As a highly visible member of the organization, you will collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to identify, prioritize, and implement FIAR requirements while ensuring alignment with business objectives, regulatory standards, and government property accountability requirements.

In partnership with Fleet Managers, PSPs, Warehouse Operations, and cross-functional stakeholders, the candidate will drive inventory accuracy, audit readiness, corrective action implementation, and continuous process improvement initiatives. This role will also leverage data analytics, reporting, and system enhancements to improve asset visibility, strengthen internal controls, and reduce compliance risk.

This position is ideal for a self-motivated, detail-oriented professional who thrives in a collaborative environment and is passionate about utilizing technology, compliance frameworks, and data-driven decision making to enhance operational performance and support enterprise audit readiness.

What You Will Do:

  • Serve as the primary focal point for Support Equipment FIAR compliance, ensuring adherence to Government Property Management requirements, audit standards, and internal control procedures.
  • Lead and coordinate records-to-floor and floor-to-records inventory audits, reconciliation activities, and corrective action plans to maintain inventory accuracy and audit readiness.
  • Perform detailed analysis of SAP, SEAL, and related enterprise system data to identify inventory discrepancies, transactional errors, and compliance gaps; implement corrective actions and recommend long-term process improvements.
  • Partner with Government Property, Fleet Management, Delivery Assurance, Warehouse Operations, and DCMA representatives to resolve inventory issues, improve asset accountability, and ensure compliance with contractual and regulatory requirements.
  • Develop, monitor, and report key FIAR performance metrics, inventory health indicators, and audit readiness status to leadership and cross-functional stakeholders.
  • Oversee Support Equipment inventory accountability and FIAR compliance activities across CONUS and OCONUS depot locations, ensuring consistent execution of policies, procedures, and Government Property requirements.
  • Manage and maintain asset records, functional locations, equipment status, serviceability data, UNCO transactions, and EDEL processes to ensure accurate system representation of Government-owned property in the Global Spares Pool (GSP).
  • Lead investigations into inventory variances, audit findings, and property management deficiencies; perform root cause analysis and drive corrective and preventive actions through closure.
  • Plan, coordinate, and execute FIAR-related projects and continuous improvement initiatives focused on strengthening internal controls, reducing compliance risk, and improving inventory visibility and accountability across OCONUS and CONUS depot and unit locations.
  • Operate effectively in a fast-paced, high-visibility environment, balancing multiple priorities while responding to audit requests, compliance concerns, and business-critical inventory issues.
  • Provide guidance and training to Fleet Managers, PSPs, and other stakeholders on Government Property Management requirements, inventory accountability practices, and FIAR compliance expectations.

Qualifications You Must Have:

  • Bachelor’s degree in supply chain management, Logistics, Operations Management, Information Systems, Data Analytics, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 8 years of experience in inventory management, logistics, supply chain operations, government property management, compliance, audit support, or related discipline.
  • At least 4 years of experience leading projects, continuous improvement initiatives, or cross-functional teams to drive process improvements and operational excellence.
  • The ability to obtain and maintain a U.S. government issued security clearance is required.
  • U.S. citizenship is required, as only U.S. citizens are eligible for a security clearance.

Qualifications We Prefer

  • Experience supporting Financial Improvement and Audit Readiness (FIAR) initiatives, Government Property Management, or Department of Defense compliance requirements.
  • Working knowledge of SAP inventory management, material management, warehouse management, or related enterprise resource planning systems.
  • Familiarity with inventory reconciliation, physical inventory processes, asset accountability, and internal control requirements across geographically dispersed locations.
  • Knowledge of Support Equipment operations, sustainment, logistics, or depot-level maintenance environments.
