Logistics Employee – Returns Department, Ede

In this role, you will ensure that returned shipments are processed correctly and efficiently. Thanks to your careful approach, our processes run smoothly and we work together to keep our customers satisfied.
What the role involves
As a Logistics Employee in the Returns Department, you will work at our distribution centre in Ede. You are responsible for processing and assessing incoming returns. You will check returned items for accuracy and condition, process them administratively in the system, and ensure that products are returned to stock or handled correctly.
You will also sort goods, identify discrepancies, and keep the returns department clean and well organised. You will work closely with colleagues throughout the distribution centre.
You are an important link in the process: correct returns processing directly contributes to customer satisfaction and an efficient logistics operation.
Good to know
Working hours are 15:00–24:00. During your first two months, you will work day shifts from 08:00–17:00 to ensure a thorough onboarding period.
What we are looking for
Relevant work experience as a Logistics Employee or in a similar role;
At least MBO level 2 working and thinking level;
You work accurately and in a structured manner;
You are administratively skilled and comfortable working with systems;
You value a tidy workplace and professional presentation;
You live in or near Ede.
