Pratt & Whitney Aftermarket Supply Chain is seeking to fill the position of Repair SIOP Planner & Capacity Verification Lead for the 24K and 30K engine networks. The selected candidate will support the execution, and continuous improvement of both the repair demand & capacity planning process and the on‑site capacity verification process, ensuring repair shops are fully prepared to support delivery requirements across the global repair network. This position requires strong analytical capability, cross-functional leadership, and the ability to work in a collaborative, process-driven environment. The work you do will directly influence network readiness and customer performance.

What You Will Do:

  • Daily management of repair forecast demand profiles, incorporating network learnings and operational changes.

  • Build, maintain, and monitor capacity profiles across the supply base to proactively identify and mitigate delivery risks.

  • Assist in monitoring leading indicators to identify repair capacity risks ahead of impact.

  • Conduct onsite DSP capacity verification evaluating equipment, labor, and staffing against committed capacity.

  • Study product requirements and assess whether capital equipment and labor meet production commitments.

  • Support development of standard methodologies and criteria for capacity verification across the network.

  • Evaluate effects of schedule changes and product design changes impacting repair shop capacity.

  • Daily monitoring of repair yield in collaboration with CAIPT.

  • Coordinate full cross-functional teams (Strategic Sourcing, Materials Management, CSA, IPMT, AIPT, CAIPT) to identify risks and drive mitigation.

  • Ensure alignment with SIOP goals, initiatives, and network capacity needs.

  • Ensure adherence to Export/Ethics regulations, corporate policies, and operational standards.

Qualifications You Must Have:

  • Bachelor’s Degree and 10 years of experience in Supply Chain, Industrial Engineering, Operations, Systems Engineering, or Manufacturing; Or Master’s Degree with minimum 7 years of experience as listed.

  • Experience working in an operations environment including manufacturing, aerospace, automotive or similar.

  • Intermediate to advanced user of Excel, forecasting tools and ERP systems.

  • Ability to analyze many details into a broad view of the total organization for the purpose of presenting data to multiple disciplines and leaders

  • Ability to work cross functionally internally and externally with other engineers, technicians, operators, and management

  • Strong time management skills, ability to multi-task and adaptable to changing priorities

  • Very strong analytical skills for the purpose of analyzing data and acting upon findings to drive business results.

The salary range for this role is 132,400 USD - 251,600 USD. The salary range provided is a good faith estimate representative of all experience levels. RTX considers several factors when extending an offer, including but not limited to, the role, function and associated responsibilities, a candidate’s work experience, location, education/training, and key skills.

Payments under these annual programs are not guaranteed and are dependent upon a variety of factors including, but not limited to, individual performance, business unit performance, and/or the company’s performance.
