This requisition is for a Mission Support (Depot) Repair Coordinator supporting 1nd shift activities at Raytheon Intelligence and Space (RI&S) in McKinney, TX. This role will work cross-functionally across the site to meet and support contractual and non-contractual requirements. This position works closely with the factory and operations teams, as well as engineering and quality teams. This position requires on-site attendance.
What You Will Do:
- Evaluating and coordinating program requirements to ensure a controlled flow of materials and services to meet customer requirements.
- Providing status of work in progress, material availability, and potential problems to ensure that personnel, equipment, materials, and services are provided as needed.
- Preparing service orders for incoming Government owned material.
- Determining proper path for execution of Government owned material. (i.e.,RTV, Scrap, or reinduction)
- Coordinating cross-functional interdepartmental activity as needed (i.e. with quality assurance, manufacturing, engineering, programs, logistics).
- Working with program support staff to resolve material shortages and other issues impacting repairs/upgrades/retrofits.
- Taking corrective action on unfavorable trends as necessary.
- Conducting quarterly physical inventory cycle counts and reconciling the system.
- Performing movement of material to and from the factory (clean room), pack/ship (or other area) as needed.
- This role will work closely with the factory and operations teams, as well as be responsible for material inventory audits and movement of material to the factory. In this role the ownership and use of metrics will be key to maintain system health and drive the level of performance that will support customer expectations.
Qualifications You Must Have:
- Typically requires a University Degree or equivalent experience and minimum 5 years prior relevant experience, or An Advanced Degree in a related field and minimum 3 years experience
- Experience using Material Requirements Planning (MRP) processes and/or software.
- Knowledge of manufacturing processes and environment.
- Ability to apply critical thinking techniques, using logic and reasoning to identify approaches to problems, and the strengths and weaknesses of alternative solutions.
- Experienced and effective communicator (presentation skills, written and verbal communication).
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office software (Outlook, Excel, Word, Power Point).
- U.S. Citizenship status is required as this position will require the ability to access US only data systems.
Qualifications We Prefer:
- Advanced level experience in relevant computer applications including SAP PRISM, SAP CMES, SAP APEX, Microsoft Office software (Outlook, Excel, Word, Power Point, OneNote, Visio), or similar applications.
- Motivated and takes on challenges independently, with the ability to see when something needs to be done and react accordingly.
- Ability to understand complex systems and processes.
- Ability to apply Lean and 6 Sigma / CORE concepts to improve departmental, factory related, and cross-departmental processes.
- Strong analytical, problem solving, and business communication skills

The salary range for this role is 86,800 USD - 165,200 USD. The salary range provided is a good faith estimate representative of all experience levels.
