How you’ll succeed

  • Business Development & Growth – Identify and pursue new opportunities with prospective UHNW clients, represent CIBC Family Office at industry events, and build a robust referral ecosystem with internal partners and external centers of influence.  Collaborate with team’s key client advisors to align solutions with clients’ goals and risk tolerance.
  • Client Relationship Management - Serve as the primary point of contact for Family Office clients in your region, cultivating long-term, trust-based relationships and maintaining regular touchpoints with each client and their dedicated CIBC Family Office “deal team.” Oversee a portfolio of approximately 100 Ultra High Net Worth (UHNW) client households, ensuring the achievement of strategic goals and consistently delivering exceptional service and outcomes.
  • Integrated Solutions Delivery – Collaborate with advisors and planners across CIBC Wealth—including Private Banking, Wood Gundy, Private Investment Counsel, Planning, Trust, and partners in CIBC Bank USA and the Caribbean—to deliver tailored liquidity, investment, and planning solutions to Ultra High Net Worth (UHNW) clients. Provide ongoing oversight by monitoring and reviewing progress on strategic roadmaps for both new and existing clients, ensuring their evolving needs are met with comprehensive, integrated offerings.
  • Risk & Compliance Leadership - Champion a culture of risk management and compliance by upholding CIBC’s high standards for policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements. Act as a trusted escalation point for complex Ultra High Net Worth (UHNW) client needs, and drive operational excellence by proactively identifying opportunities to strengthen controls and streamline processes.
