What You Will Do:
Lead teams to investigate the root cause of customer escapes and non-conformances and determine appropriate corrective/preventive actions
Review and approve First Article inspections and Process Tryouts
Perform product, process and work instruction audits
Interface with various Engineering groups and Customer Support to resolve technical/quality issues related to engine manual repairs and other approved technical data
Lead and participate in various teams in support of the unit’s CORE goals
Review and implement various regulatory requirement changes. Provide technical guidance and training to OEM Parts Inspectors
Assist with Escape investigations within Business Units. Actively participate on plant wide team
Qualifications You Must Have:
Bachelor's Degree in Engineering and 2 or more years' experience in an engineering, manufacturing operations management, quality or related environment or a Master's degree and at least 1 year experience in an engineering, manufacturing operations quality or related environment
Experience using Microsoft Office products (Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.)
Demonstrated proficiency in communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams
Demonstrated proficiency managing multiple projects and meeting deadlines in a fast-paced environment
Qualifications We Prefer:
Degree in Mechanical or Manufacturing Engineering
Experience in an aerospace/defense manufacturing environment
Familiarity with Lean Manufacturing principles and Six Sigma methodologies
ASQ Certified Quality Engineer (CQE) or working toward certification
Demonstrated effective root cause determination skills (Red-X, Fault Tree, etc.)

The salary range for this role is 68,900 USD - 131,100 USD. The salary range provided is a good faith estimate representative of all experience levels.
