Department Overview
Transformation and optimization of critical Supply Chain business processes and operations.
Job Description
Coordinate project management initiatives through collaboration with cross functional teams, including data scientists, supply chain professionals, business analysts, finance partners and engineers
Assist in the development and management of project schedules including the formalization of a realistic timeline, complete with milestones, targets and identification of responsible parties
Work closely with the project team and cross-functional teams to plan and develop scope, deliverables, required resources, work plan, roles and responsibilities and timing for programs
Manage, and escalate as needed, risks and issues throughout the project
Facilitate team meetings weekly and quarterly
Produce accurate and timely reporting of project status throughout its life cycle
Present project status as required to different organization levels
Qualifications:
Excellent communication skills verbal and written
Change Management & Project Management methodology knowledge
Ability to work in a matrix team environment
Google Suite experience
Understanding of Project Management tools
Working knowledge of Supply Chain and Procurement processes preferred
Target Base Salary Range: $58,500 - $85,200
