The Opportunity:

Are you a highly organized, proactive professional with a passion for execution and a drive to take initiative? CACI is seeking a Project Coordinator to support critical daily operations and project execution within our Organization.

In this role, you will be the administrative and operational heartbeat of our team, acting as a force multiplier for project tasks, deliverables, and cross-team collaboration. We are looking for a disciplined, self-motivated "go-getter" who exhibits exceptional digital literacy, thrives under pressure, and takes pride in driving tasks to a successful completion under government direction.

Responsibilities:
As a Project Coordinator, you will do much more than just manage schedules. You will actively facilitate high-visibility meetings, track action items, and maintain operational continuity across our projects.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Meeting Facilitation & Live Presentation
  • Host and Facilitate: Prepare agenda briefs, schedule sessions, and host virtual and on-screen meetings, comfortably presenting critical program information to a wide audience of diverse stakeholders.
  • Dynamic Digital Navigation: Multitask and dynamically navigate files, project tracking dashboards, and reference materials live on-screen while speaking and presenting to groups.
  • Documentation: Capture and rapidly distribute comprehensive meeting minutes, action items, executive summaries, and key decision logs post-meeting.
  • Action Item & Task Tracking
  • Proactive Follow-Ups: Maintain and actively manage division action item logs, ensuring clear ownership, tracking upcoming deadlines, and proactively following up with assignees to drive tasks to completion.
  • Project Lifecycles: Track project tasks, schedules, and deliverables using tools like Microsoft Planner, MS Lists, and Jira to keep all milestones aligned.
  • Issue Resolution: Identify potential project bottlenecks and take the initiative to address them or escalate them to leadership as necessary.
  • Information & Data Management
  • Consolidate Data: Gather, organize, and compile data from multiple sources—including Microsoft Lists, Excel, Confluence, and OneNote—to support executive-level reporting.
  • Standardization: Document project workflows, create standard operating procedures (SOPs), and manage the central division calendar to ensure data consistency.
  • Operations Support: Assist the Division Manager and Branch Managers with ad-hoc operations, coordinating responses to internal data calls, and helping manage inventory/assets as needed.

Qualifications:

Required:

  • Experience: 2 to 5+ years of experience in project coordination, task tracking, executive administrative support, or a related operational role.
  • Advanced Digital Literacy: Highly proficient within the Microsoft 365 suite, specifically in using:
  • Microsoft Lists (navigating, updating, and structuring list views to manage team data).
  • Microsoft Planner, Teams, OneNote, Word, Excel, and Outlook.

Presentation & Communication Mastery:

  • Proven capability to host virtual or in-person meetings, share screens, and navigate tools and dashboards smoothly during live presentations.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a track record of producing clear, professional briefs, agendas, and minutes.

Professional Persona:

  • A proactive "go-getter" mindset—someone who anticipates team needs and tackles them without waiting for instruction.
  • Superb organizational skills with a strong eye for detail and the agility to manage shifting priorities.

Security & Location Requirements:

  • Must be a U.S. Citizen.
  • Must be able to obtain and maintain a DoD Secret security clearance.
  • Must work full-time on-site in Norco, CA.
  • Physical Requirements: Ability to lift up to 50 pounds.

Desired:

  • Experience utilizing Jira for tracking tasks and workflows, and Confluence for team documentation.
  • Prior experience supporting Navy programs or working within a Department of Defense (DoD) contract environment.
