$17.50 - $22.79The referenced pay range represents the minimum and maximum compensation for this job. Individual annual salaries/hourly rates will be set within the job's compensation range, and will be determined by considering factors including, but not limited to, market data, education, experience, qualifications, expertise of the individual, and internal equity considerations.
Responsibilities:
This individual is responsible for assisting the project team leaders with general duties that will provide support to internal project team as part of the Golisano Children’s Hospital project to streamline and optimize or pediatrics referral pathways and management system and to enhance efficiency and patient experience while fostering strong stakeholder engagement to ensure a successful implementation. Work with this team to also conduct a division-level analysis of pediatric billing workflows to identify bottlenecks and target process improvements.Often in a short term (< 6 months) capacity, provide project support to cross-functional teams. We are looking for Sep 8, 2026- December 18, 2026.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS
Meeting Attendance and Recordkeeping
- Assist project team with organizing meeting structure, attendance and recordkeeping.
- Maintains project files and records, ensuring all documents are up-to-date and easily accessible.
- Attend all meetings, upload and organize all documents to UR Box account
- Drafts and distributes project-related correspondence, emails, and memos.
- Collect and compiles data for project analysis and reporting. Creates spreadsheets, charts, and graphs to support project tracking and reporting.
Track and Organize Project
- Assist project team (Chiefs, Admins, manager) with triaging email communication and meeting follow-up. Emails and meeting communication requiring the knowledge and judgement of project leadership must be forwarded to the correct individual.
- Support projects related to (Access, Billing/Coding) etc.
- Offering ideas and recommendations for increased efficiency of processes in the meeting forums and debriefings.
- Assists in monitoring project outcomes (budget, expenditures, operations).
- Always maintain confidentiality

MINIMUM EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE
- High School diploma required
- Or equivalent combination of education and experience
KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ABILITIES
- Basic understanding of computers and data entry preferred
- Excellent customer service and communication skills preferred
- Excellent attention to detail preferred
