Raytheon is seeking a highly motivated candidate to serve as the Program Integrator (PI) to support a Product Support (PS) Global Patriot portfolio of Repair and Return programs reporting directly to the PS Sr. Program Manager for this portfolio. This role will assist Program Managers across the portfolio in planning, executing, and monitoring program activities to include managing program execution, maintaining program cadence across Raytheon repair sites and external vendor repair locations, and identifying and communicating risks and opportunities that may impact program performance.

The role also requires establishing and sustaining effective communication across functional areas within Product Support and the Prime Contractor Program Management Office (PMO). Additional duties include analyzing key Repair and Return performance metrics and recommending areas for improvement. Beyond internal responsibilities, the Program Integrator will interface with the customer on topics such as monthly program reviews, customer working groups, and discussions related to business growth. The Program Integrator will also contribute to future business development efforts by supporting proposal activities.

What You Will Do

  • Drive integration of cost, schedule, and technical objectives through program plans, budgets, and resource allocation.

  • Facilitate communication and collaboration among internal teams, external partners, and key program stakeholders.

  • Lead and contribute to program meetings, performance reviews, action tracking, and continuous improvement efforts.

  • Manage financial and schedule performance, including cost analysis, EVMS compliance, proposal development, and gate package preparation.

  • Support risk and opportunity planning, assessment, mitigation execution, and reporting; travel domestically up to 10%

Qualifications You Must Have

  • A University Degree or equivalent experience and minimum 5 years prior relevant experience, or An Advanced Degree in a related field and minimum 3 years experience

  • PMP or Program Manager Level 6 certification or higher or ability to obtain within 6 months of hire

  • Raytheon Earned Value Management Systems (EVMS) certification or ability to obtain within 6 months of hire

  • Prior Management and or Leadership experience

  • Active and transferable U.S. government issued Secret security clearance is required on Day 1


Qualifications We Prefer

  • Knowledge of Earned Value Management (EVM) principles and practices.

  • Experience in developing and reviewing program artifacts such as resource plans, basis of estimates (BOEs), master schedules, work breakdown structures, and contract deliverables (CDRLs).

  • Knowledge and proficiency working in an Inter-Organizational Transfer (IOT) support environment.

  • Experience working across business areas, managing tasks, requirements and commitments and interface successfully with numerous disciplines, leadership, and management of execution.

  • Strong analytical, quantitative, and technical skills, complemented by excellent business communication and presentation abilities.

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Project) and common program management tools / systems (PMX, Risk Register, etc.).

  • Experience preparing cost proposals and gate packages.

  • Understanding of various contract types including domestic, Foreign Military Sales (FMS), and Direct Commercial Sales (DCS).

The salary range for this role is 86,800 USD - 165,200 USD. The salary range provided is a good faith estimate representative of all experience levels. RTX considers several factors when extending an offer, including but not limited to, the role, function and associated responsibilities, a candidate’s work experience, location, education/training, and key skills.

Payments under these annual programs are not guaranteed and are dependent upon a variety of factors including, but not limited to, individual performance, business unit performance, and/or the company’s performance.

This role is a U.S.-based role. If the successful candidate resides in a U.S. territory, the appropriate pay structure and benefits will apply.
