Program Integration Project Management Specialist – VC-25B (Mid-Level or Senior)

The Boeing CompanyThe Boeing Company has an exciting opportunity for a Program Integration Project Management Specialist - Mid-Level or Senior (Level 3 or 4) to join the Boeing Defense, Space & Security (BDS) organization supporting the VC-25B Chief of Staff & Program Integration Office.

Strong communication and organizational skills are critical to success in this position, along with the ability to build strong relationships, collaborate in a cross-functional environment, and utilize problem-solving skills to proactively identify and manage risks and opportunities.
Position Responsibilities:
- Develops and maintains relationships and partnerships with customers, stakeholders, and peers.
- Leads others and directs all phases of assigned cross-organizational or business unit projects demonstrating proficiency in all project management areas in accordance with accepted project management standards in the industry (e.g., PMI, Project Management Body of Knowledge [PMBOK], ANSI, and ISO standards).
- Oversight, and management responsibility (including performance management & reporting) for the VC-25B Program Integration Office (PIO).
- Identifies key stakeholder project specific objectives and requirements.
- Ensures the assigned team is executing the identified and assigned tasks and providing appropriate tracking and reporting per plan.
- Provides in-depth analysis of project culminating with lessons learned and historical reports for incorporation into future project plans.
- Oversight and management of facilities, security and access administration for the VC-25B program.
- Manages Risk, Issues and Opportunities for the assigned projects.
This position is expected to be 100% onsite. The selected candidate will be required to work onsite at one of the listed location options.
This position requires the ability to obtain a U.S. Security Clearance for which the U.S. Government requires U.S. Citizenship. An interim and/or final U.S. Secret Clearance Post-Start is required
Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience):
- 3+ years of experience leading through influence and partnering with cross-functional teams on projects and initiatives
- 3+ years of experience collecting data from multiple sources, performing analysis and presenting data.
- 1+ year of experience in managing and facilitating in-person and virtual meetings
- Experience in a role that required teaming and collaboration skills, and ability to work well with a geographically dispersed cross-functional and matrix team
Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience):
- Bachelor’s degree or higher
- Experience with RIO (Risks, Issues and Opportunities processes and tools
- Experience in a business or engineering related function (including but not limited to: Finance, Contracts, Estimating, Procurement Financial Analysis, Business Operations, Supplier Management, Marketing & Sales, Human Resources, Engineering, Staffing)
- Active Secret clearance is preferred.
- Level 3: 3 or more years' related work experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience
- Level 4: 5 or more years' related work experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience

Pay is based upon candidate experience and qualifications, as well as market and business considerations.
Summary pay range:
Mid-Level (Level 3) $94,350 - $127,650
Senior (Level 4) $118,150 - $159,850
