The Air & Space Defense Systems (ASDS) Strategic Strike Business Office is seeking a Financial Analyst to support proprietary contracts with a combined value exceeding $2B. The contracts require Contractual Earned Value Management (EVM) and use the SAP APEX, APEX EVMS, PRISM EVMS, and PMX tool suite.
This position is full-time onsite in Tucson, AZ.
What You Will Do:
- Maintain contractual Earned Value Management System (EVMS).
- Develop and prepare quarterly Estimates-at-Completion (EAC) and support related financial forecasting
- Analyze EVM metrics and program performance data
- Analyze weekly and monthly costs incurred.
- Provide cost and performance analysis to program leadership team.
- Coordinate financial activities with Cost Account Managers (CAMs), Integrated Product Team (IPT) Leads, Program Management, Finance, Engineering, Supply Chain, Contracts, and Operations.
- Prepare financial reports, charts, and presentations for program and business reviews.
- Communicate financial and program performance information to internal and external stakeholders.
Qualifications You Must Have:
- Typically requires a Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Mathematics, or a related field and a minimum of 2 years of relevant experience; or an Advanced degree in a related field.
- Experience using Microsoft Excel for financial analysis and reporting, including pivot tables, pivot charts, formulas, data analysis, and variance analysis.
- Experience using Microsoft Word to prepare reports and program documentation.
- Experience using Microsoft PowerPoint to prepare financial presentations and management briefings.

Qualifications We Prefer:
- Experience with EVMS baseline development, implementation, maintenance, or surveillance.
- Experience working with cross-functional organizations, including Engineering, Supply Chain, Contracts, and Operations.
- Experience using SAP, including PRISM MRP.
- Experience using the Raytheon Program Management (PM) Tool Suite.
- Experience analyzing financial and quantitative data.
- Experience preparing and presenting financial information.
- Experience communicating with U.S. Government customers.
- Experience managing financial activities with limited supervision.

The salary range for this role is 68,900 USD - 131,100 USD. The salary range provided is a good faith estimate representative of all experience levels.
