The RTX Optics Consolidated Manufacturing Center (OCMC) in Richardson, TX is seeking qualified individual for a Product Manager role with operations experience who will be responsible for guiding operations execution and coordinating with multiple Raytheon programs primarily in the Advanced Products & Solutions SBU.
The OCMC Product Manager will ensure that functional and factory areas are executing on strategies to meet cost, quality, and schedule requirements while focusing on profitability, improved ROI and sustained growth.
The OCMC Product Manager will be accountable for program schedule performance, budgets, risk and opportunity management, operational efficiencies, and continuous improvement for program(s) up to $100M in overall scope. The successful candidate will lead collaboratively across all of Operations and Supply Chain and partner with key personnel in Program Operations Management (POM), Program Management Office (PMO), Engineering, and Mission Assurance.

- Demonstrate strong leadership, business acumen, communication skills, and the ability to balance customer commitments with operational excellence in a demanding high mix environment
- The ability to interface with multiple levels of management in a matrixed environment
- Motivated and take on challenges with minimal direction, with the ability to be proactive and lead the organization accordingly
- Promote Raytheon’s keys values and facilitate problem resolution through application of CORE processes and techniques.
Qualifications You Must Have:
- Typically requires a degree in Science, Technology, Engineering or Mathematics (STEM) and a minimum of 2 years of prior relevant experience unless prohibited by local laws/regulations
- Minimum of 4 years of experience with strong analytical and problem-solving skills in manufacturing operations or supporting function
- Experience working with Microsoft Office software (Outlook, Excel, Word, Power Point)
- Demonstrated performance in business operations, performance measurement systems, command media, and product lifecycle program management.
- This position requires a U.S. person or the ability to obtain an Export Authorization from the appropriate government agency for non-U.S. persons.
Qualifications We Prefer:
- Desired Education: Master’s degree in engineering or business management
- Raytheon PM Certification / PMP Certification / EVMS Certification
- Experience in a precision optics manufacturing environment
- Experience in SAP and other business systems, including shop floor data systems.
- Ability to set and work towards goals at a strategic level, and influence change at a detailed tactical operational level

The salary range for this role is 68,900 USD - 131,100 USD. The salary range provided is a good faith estimate representative of all experience levels.
