Make your mark at one of the biggest names in payments.  Global Payments is hiring a Senior Product Manager, Cloud Integrations, to partner with product teams and clients in delivering best-in-class integration solutions for card-present POS. This role offers the opportunity to collaborate with a global team that helps clients seamlessly connect to our processing platforms and devices through RESTful APIs.

What you’ll own:

This is a career level product management role that manages through subordinate managers/supervisors the activities for multiple products including one major application and having responsibility for results, including costs, methods and staffing. Receives assignments in the form of objectives and determines how to use resources to meet schedules and goals. Drives the product vision for the assigned portfolio. Helps to shape the product strategy and roadmap based on client and user feedback, usage metrics, and competitive research. Works closely with internal departments (Development, Servicing and Sales) and external stakeholders (customers and partners) to strategically improve your product portfolio. Manages the Product Life Cycle process for portfolio product offerings. Actively supports sales with expertise, consulting, tools, and collateral. Accountable for product P&L including revenue and profit growth for existing and new products in the geographic or vertical markets assigned. Acts as the product champion within the company for portfolio product offering. 

Drive End-to-End Product Evolution

  • Own the full product lifecycle from concept to launch, ensuring every initiative aligns with our strategic goals and delivers measurable value to our clients.
  • Architect Competitive Roadmaps. Collaborate with industry analysts, sales, and delivery teams to prioritize features, hardware (devices) and market positioning that keep us ahead of the curve and directly influence business growth.
  • Shape Go-to-Market Strategy; partner with product marketing to translate technical innovations into compelling value propositions, defining pricing strategies that maximize profitability and accelerate market adoption.
  • Influence Through Data-Driven Insights; synthesize market research and client feedback to build high-impact business cases, guiding executive decision-making and product prioritization.
  • Foster Cross-Functional Synergy; lead matrixed teams by building strong relationships across IT, project management, legal, and sales, ensuring seamless execution and unified goals across the organization.
  • Advocate for the Client; participate in collaborative workshops with customers to define product requirements, turning their needs into intuitive solutions that simplify the commerce experience across all 3 major market segments.
  • Champion Operational Excellence; provide technical design direction and support to delivery teams, ensuring that every product release meets our high standards for quality, scalability, and user success.
  • Drive the GTM function that clearly drives adoption of our new products
  • Manages product plan by ensuring changes in market and business priorities including integration needs and technology advancements are reflected. Presents status updates at quarterly and annual stakeholder meetings.
  • Demonstrates leadership by establishing and articulating a clear vision of success and how goals and objectives will be achieved.
  • Prepares and presents product plans and roadmaps. Identifies risks and challenges, opportunities and growth strategies, business integration needs and retirement plans.
  • Determines release dates.
  • Monitors and understands product’s profit and loss statement. May be responsible for revenue and profitability of assigned products.
  • Engages and interacts with clients during feedback sessions, focus groups, user groups and requirements gathering sessions. Practices open and honest communications with clients.
  • Acts as product launch manager when appropriate for new products or rollouts of major releases.
  • Collaborates with senior management to provide content for market messages, sales collateral and as needed RFPs (request for proposal).
  • Completes Product Brief documents to help socialize new products or existing product enhancements
  • Works closely with development teams to review enhancement requests for strategic value and align resources for high-priority projects.
  • Manages vendor relationships key to product delivery.
  • Acts as escalation point for client issues that require product change resolution
  • May require some travel to GPN office locations, trade shows and/or client locations

What you’ll bring:

  • A minimum of 7 years of experience in product management or professional services, with a proven ability to resolve complex business challenges through creative, data-informed solutions.
  • A Bachelor’s degree in Business, Computer Science, or another structure related field or an equivalent combination of professional training and hands-on experience.
  • Technical Proficiency: A strong foundation in software development or IT environments, with a practical understanding of Agile methodologies and the product development lifecycle.
  • Strong understanding of: the POS software/hardware/payments landscape, JSON, RESTful APIs and cloud-based communication methods
  • Ownership Mindset: An innate drive to own outcomes, manage product P&Ls, and act with the accountability of a business leader.
  • Collaborative Influence: Demonstrated success in navigating matrixed organizations, building partnerships, and leading diverse teams toward a shared vision.
  • Analytical Rigor: A natural curiosity for market trends and the ability to turn complex data into clear, actionable strategies that benefit both the business and our clients.
  • Proven ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong attention to detail and a passion for creating high-quality products.

Worldpay is dedicated to offering individuals rewarding career opportunities and competitive compensation. For this full-time position, the good faith estimated annual salary range upon hire is $133,900.00-$202,150.00. This range reflects what we reasonably expect to offer based on the role’s responsibilities, level, and geographic location. The actual starting salary will be determined by a candidate’s experience, job-related skills, and relevant education or training. Please note that changes in work location may impact the final offered salary. We encourage you to consult with your recruiter to confirm the budget for your location and to better understand the applicable pay scale.  This position is eligible for bonus.
