You are responsible for maximizing product value while ensuring predictable, high-quality delivery across Agile DevSecOps teams. Acting as the conductor of a cross-functional team, you align customer priorities, business objectives, and technical execution to deliver mission outcomes that support Military Sealift Command. The position requires travel up to 25%. Travel locations are CONUS and OCONUS depending on ship location during shipboard installations.
What You'll Get to Do

- Partner with Government Product Owners, functional stakeholders, and technical teams to translate mission needs into executable product strategies
- Drive Agile planning and execution by leading backlog refinement, sprint planning, reviews, and prioritization activities that maximize customer value
- Build trusted relationships across Government and contractor organizations while serving as the primary advocate for customer needs and business outcomes
- Provide leadership across cross-functional teams including Requirements, Development, Testing, Training, Security, Service Desk, and Operations to ensure successful delivery
- Guide teams through the complete software delivery lifecycle, ensuring solutions are ready for deployment, adoption, and long-term sustainment
- Use operational metrics, Service Desk trends, customer feedback, and Agile performance indicators to continuously improve team and product performance as well as user experience
- Manage product risks, delivery dependencies, scope, schedules, and competing priorities while maintaining alignment with strategic objectives
- Champion Agile best practices, continuous improvement, quality, transparency, and data-driven decision making across the product team
- Maintain expert-level knowledge of N4 Logistics systems ashore and afloat, customer operations, business processes, and supporting technologies to make informed product decisions.
- Foster an environment of collaboration, accountability, innovation, and continuous learning while coaching teams toward delivery excellence
- Collaborate with Solution Architects and Technical Leads to ensure product capabilities align with enterprise architecture, cybersecurity requirements, system integration standards, and long-term technology strategy
- Partner with Development and DevSecOps teams to support release planning, environment readiness, CI/CD processes, and deployment strategies that enable reliable and secure software delivery
