Process Technician

As a Process Technician, you will support wafer manufacturing by monitoring operations, reviewing data, applying structured problem-solving, and partnering across engineering, manufacturing, and production teams to enhance yield, quality, and efficiency.
RESPONSIBILITIES
Monitor process and equipment performance using SPC charts, dashboards, alarms
Manage semiconductor equipment, perform technical evaluations, recognize abnormal conditions and resolve issues
Follow defined troubleshooting and escalation paths
Partner with Engineering to improve and stabilize processes
Collect and document production and process data to analyze and interpret using computer-based systems
Prepare data visualizations to surface yield and process trends
Partner and collaborate with teams (Process Engineering, Manufacturing, Quality)
Provide technical guidance to line operators, participate in shift pass-down
Follow established work safety procedures with minimal supervision
MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS
Shown through education, internships, research, military, manufacturing, or professional experience.
High school diploma or equivalent
Willing and able to work 12-hour shifts, including nights and weekends (24/7 fabs).

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
Experience or exposure to one or more of:
Associate degree, technical certification, military training, or applied coursework in science, engineering, or manufacturing.
Disciplined execution or data-driven work in manufacturing, laboratory, cleanroom, or high-reliability environments.
Process monitoring, data interpretation, or Statistical Process Control (SPC) concepts.
