Job Summary
• This role is responsible for providing thought leadership in marketing analytics, overseeing research for the reuse of common methods in analytic projects, and delivering value-added business performance analytics and strategic recommendations to senior leaders. The role designs experiments for in-depth modeling understanding, develops cross-region marketing and sales policies, and implements new processes and tools for marketing performance improvement. Additionally, the role contributes to innovative ideas, leads cross-functional teams, and serves as a functional manager, providing mentorship to lower-level employees.
Responsibilities
• Provides thought leadership in marketing analytics and technical innovation and develops appropriate analytical models.
• Oversees research and evaluates opportunity to apply common methods and frameworks across analytic projects to allow for reuse of modeling.
• Leads provision of value-added business performance analytics, optimization solutions, actionable recommendations and strategic plans based on analytical research to senior leaders.
• Designs experiments on marketing topics to allow for deep understanding of highly complex modeling and analytics issues.
• Leads development of cross-region and complex marketing and sales policies across multiple product lines in compliance with regulatory requirements and ongoing governance.
• Defines and implements new processes, tools, and technology requirements to drive continuous improvement of marketing performance management systems.
• Drives marketing content development, budgeting process and best practices sharing.
• Contributes innovative ideas and leads large cross-functional teams, exercising independent judgment to solve unique and complex problems impacting the business.
• Acts as a functional manager within area of expertise, developing strategy and setting functional policy and direction.
• Provides mentorship and guidance to lower-level employees, thus ensuring the realization of operational and strategic plans.
Education & Experience Recommended
• Four-year or Graduate Degree in Marketing, Data Analytics, or any other related discipline or commensurate work experience or demonstrated competence.
• Typically has 10+ years of work experience, preferably in marketing, data analytics, or a related field.

The pay range for this role is $130,700 to $205,200 USD annually with additional
opportunities for pay in the form of bonus and/or equity (applies to United
States of America candidates only). Pay varies by work location, job-related
knowledge, skills, and experience.
