We are looking for a Principal Technical Product Manager to lead DRAM product strategy and lifecycle management for data center applications. In this role, you will translate customer needs into product requirements, influence roadmap decisions, and partner closely with engineering, marketing, and customers to deliver high-impact solutions. This is a highly visible role where your expertise will shape product direction and help drive adoption across the server ecosystem.
Responsibilities:
- Define and drive multi-year DRAM product strategy, roadmap, and lifecycle execution
- Translate customer and market needs into clear product requirements and value propositions
- Serve as the DRAM product expert with customers and industry partners
- Lead demand forecasting strategy, including competitive analysis and market modeling
- Identify and integrate high-value AI use cases into product planning and workflows
Minimum Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, or equivalent practical experience
- 3–5 years of product management or product development experience in the semiconductor industry
- Experience defining technical product requirements and managing cross-functional execution
- Strong technical foundation in data center products or memory solutions
- Proven analytical and problem-solving skills with a data-driven approach; apply artificial intelligence tools
Preferred Qualifications:
- Master’s degree in engineering, product management, or related field
- Experience in market research, competitive analysis, and server ecosystem trends
- Familiarity with JAMA, JIRA, or similar tools for requirements management
- Strong communication and presentation skills with customer-facing experience
- Demonstrated use of AI tools to enhance product management workflows
The US base salary range that Micron Technology estimates it could pay for this full-time position is:
$141,000.00 - $319,000.00 a yearAdditional compensation may include benefits, bonuses and equity.
Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. The range displayed on each job posting reflects the minimum and maximum target base pay for new hire salaries of the position across all US locations. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional job-related factors, including knowledge, skills, experience, tenure and relevant education or training.
