We have an exciting opportunity for a Principal Systems Engineer Integration and Test - Automated Testing to support one of our premier programs. In this role, you will work with a cross-disciplinary team of engineers delivering advanced ground system solutions. As part of the Systems Integration and Test (SI&T) team, you will integrate, verify, and validate complex systems to ensure they meet performance, quality, and mission requirements. You will develop test plans and procedures, evaluate system functionality and interfaces, build and maintain test environments, analyze system performance, and collaborate closely with customers and cross-functional engineering teams to deliver reliable, mission-critical capabilities.
What You Will Do
Execute the program's test strategy, including test process development, baseline definition, test architecture, verification, and validation activities
Support full lifecycle integration and testing of real-time ground software systems, including software installation, test execution, regression testing, and root cause analysis
Collaborate with multidisciplinary and multi-vendor teams to integrate, validate, and verify software releases from upstream development teams
Support customer-led mission test events and system-level integration activities
Partner with Raytheon senior leadership, government customers, and technical subject matter experts to support system development, integration, and test execution
Contribute to Agile software development activities as part of a collaborative, cross-functional program team
Qualifications You Must Have
Typically requires a Bachelor's Degree in Science, Technology, Engineering, or Mathematics (STEM) and a minimum of 8+ years of prior relevant experience
Experience supporting software integration and/or test activities within a government software development program
Experience developing, executing, and integrating automated tests using automated test frameworks and tools
Experience developing scripts using Python and/or Perl
Active and transferrable U.S. government-issued DoD TS/SCI clearance is required prior to start date with the ability to obtain special program access after start. U.S. citizenship is required, as only U.S. citizens are eligible for a security clearance
Qualifications We Prefer
Experience working in an Agile development environment using tools such as Jira, Confluence, and Bitbucket
Experience with automated testing tools, including Cucumber
Experience developing and deploying software in cloud-based environments
Experience using Model-Based Systems Engineering (MBSE) tools, such as Cameo Systems Modeler
Experience with the systems engineering lifecycle, including one or more of the following: Concept of Operations (CONOPS) development, requirements management, functional analysis, interface definition and control, or verification and validation
Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint

The salary range for this role is 107,500 USD - 204,500 USD. The salary range provided is a good faith estimate representative of all experience levels.
