Raytheon’s Intelligence and Space Business is seeking a Finance Program Controls Analyst to support the Mission Support & Operations (MSO) portfolio. The selected candidates will support Taurus program, a new contract awarded in May 2026 with a 2-year period of performance and anticipate follow-on opportunities.
This role reports directly to the IEO Finance lead and is responsible for core financials including development of time-phased integrated budgets, cost accounting and financial reporting. We are seeking a driven, detail-oriented individual to contribute to program success as well as provide opportunities for career growth and advancements within the organization and company.
The position offers a mix of independent work and cross-functional collaboration with Program Management, Business Management, and other functional partners. Successful candidates will demonstrate strong analytical abilities, efficiency, problem-solving skills, and a commitment to high-quality results.
What You Will Do
- Perform program budgeting, scheduling, cost control, variance analysis, internal/external reporting, risk management, and overall financial support
- Development of quarterly EACs; analysis/assist in accurate projection of Estimate to Complete (ETC), Estimate at Complete (EAC) and Latest Revised Estimate (LRE) data
- Prepare and support financial Contract Data Requirements Lists (CDRLs) for customer submittals
- Create program review materials for Raytheon leadership and Government customers
- Support organization and maintenance of Work Breakdown Structures (WBS) and job cost accumulation
- Assist with manpower planning, forecasting, and reporting activities
- Provide PMO and CAMs with internal cost and schedule performance reports
- Conduct ad-hoc analysis, data integrity reviews, and validations related to program financials
Qualifications You Must Have
- Typically requires a Bachelor’s and a minimum of 5 years prior relevant experience, or an Advanced Degree in a related field and a minimum of 3 years experience
- Experience with Microsoft Excel
- Active TS/SCI security clearance
- Active and transferable U.S. government issued security clearance is required prior to start date. U.S. citizenship is required, as only U.S. citizens are eligible for a security clearance.
Qualifications We Prefer
- Experience in program controls or financial analysis within a matrixed organization
- Experience in the defense or aerospace industry
- Experience in Finance disciplines such as Program Controls, EVMS, Forecasting, and Accounting
- Ability to interpret and apply Raytheon financial policies and procedures
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to multi-task and support a dynamic team environment
- Strong prioritization skills to meet deadlines
- Knowledge of DoD Acquisition processes
- Proficiency with APEX, SAP, and PRISM
- Working knowledge of Federal Acquisition Regulations (FAR), Cost Accounting Standards (CAS), and Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP)

The salary range for this role is 86,800 USD - 165,200 USD. The salary range provided is a good faith estimate representative of all experience levels.
