Functional Description:
Act as a BPM partner to assigned global business teams, providing a structured understanding of how they operate today, identifying opportunities to improve performance, and establishing sustainable Continuous Improvement practices.
The BPM Principal Specialist assesses processes, operating models, governance, performance management and stakeholder interfaces, translating findings into practical improvements that make operations more efficient, agile and scalable.
What You Will Do:
- Lead BPM engagements to map and assess current-state key processes and operating models, including roles, responsibilities, interfaces and handoffs.
- Review governance and performance management, including KPIs, Control Towers, operating reviews and escalation mechanisms.
- Assess key stakeholders, organizational interfaces and communication channels to identify gaps, duplication and inefficiencies.
- Facilitate workshops with business leaders, Process Owners and SMEs to validate current-state findings and define improvement opportunities.
- Identify, structure and prioritize Kaizen bursts and process-improvement initiatives addressing efficiency, quality, scalability and customer experience.
- Translate BPM assessments into clear findings, recommendations and actionable improvement plans.
- Support business teams in implementing improvements and assessing their effectiveness.
- Establish and facilitate sustainable Continuous Improvement routines, including monthly Quality Clinics, quarterly Process Maturity Reviews, annual business-documentation reviews and RCCA of key issues/escapes.
- Coach Process Owners and business teams to progressively own and sustain BPM and Continuous Improvement practices.
- Support PMO and other Business Transformation teams on strategic projects requiring process analysis, redesign or BPM expertise.
Qualifications You Must Have:
- University degree in Business, Engineering, Operations or related field; advanced degree is an asset.
- 5–8years of relevant experience in BPM, Operational Excellence, Continuous Improvement, Business Analysis or Operations.
- Proven experience in process mapping, process analysis and improvement, including workshop facilitation with cross-functional stakeholders.
- Experience assessing operating models, governance and performance-management practices is an asset.
- Demonstrated ability to work autonomously with stakeholders in complex, global and matrixed organizations.
- Aviation/aerospace experience is a significant asset.
- Fluent English mandatory, with strong communication, presentation and workshop-facilitation skills.
- Strong Microsoft 365 skills; Power BI, Signavio and Mural experience are assets.
- Strong knowledge of Lean/Continuous Improvement methodologies, structured problem solving and RCCA.
- Strong analytical skills and ability to translate complex operational issues into pragmatic recommendations.
- Ability to influence stakeholders and drive action without formal authority.
- PMP and/or Lean Six Sigma certification are strong assets.

Travel: As per business requirements
Employment Type: Full-time
Shift Hours: This position requires to work from 12.30PM to 9.30PM IST to cover both business and stakeholder interactions.
