Summary of Role: This position will develop and optimize semiconductor devices and processes to enable device characterization and support new technology development. Applies expertise in device physics, process integration, and analytical modeling to improve device performance and manufacturability. Collaborates cross-functionally to introduce new features, drive technology advancements, and solve complex engineering challenges. Maintains compliance with all Environmental, Health, Safety, Security, and operational requirements while supporting broader project objectives.
Essential Responsibilities:
Lead the development, optimization, and implementation of advanced device engineering methodologies, processes, and solutions.
Solve complex technical challenges and drive innovative improvements to existing device technologies and engineering practices.
Plan, execute, and support device development projects, including contributions to large-scale engineering initiatives.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to evaluate, integrate, and introduce new technologies, features, and process enhancements.
Mentor, train, and provide technical guidance to engineers and project team members to support knowledge sharing and capability development.
Contribute to technical publications, conference presentations, patents, and industry knowledge advancement activities.
Engage with suppliers, research partners, and industry consortia to evaluate emerging technologies and support technical roadmaps.
Support technical reviews, project teams, and engineering activities while ensuring alignment with business, quality, and operational objectives.
Required Qualifications:
Education – Graduating with Bachelor’s, Master's, or P.h.D in Electrical Engineering or related field from an accredited degree program.
Must have at least an overall 3.0 GPA and proven good academic standing.
Language Fluency - English (Written & Verbal)
Travel - Up to 10%

Specialized knowledge, imaginative thinking and sophisticated analytical techniques.
Project management skills - i.e., the ability to innovate and execute on solutions that matter; the ability to navigate ambiguity.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Expected Salary Range
$85,000.00 - $146,000.00The exact Salary will be determined based on qualifications, experience and location.
