Introduction:

Perform activities related to Indirect Procurement to support Global operations.
Typically performs one or more of the following in capacity of an Individual Contributor.

Your Job:

Strategic Sourcing & Procurement

  • Manage sourcing activities for MRO materials, spare parts, equipment, and related services supporting GF manufacturing and operational sites.
  • Partner with internal stakeholders to understand business requirements and develop sourcing strategies that balance cost, quality, service, and risk.
  • Lead RFQ/RFP/RFI activities, supplier evaluations, bid analyses, and award recommendations.
  • Identify cost savings, supplier consolidation opportunities.

Supplier & Contract Management

  • Support supplier selection, onboarding, and performance management activities.
  • Ensure all procurement activities comply with GF policies and contractual requirements.
  • Review and manage commercial agreements including:
    • NDA (Non-Disclosure Agreements)
    • GSA (General Service Agreements)
    • SOW (Statements of Work)
    • Pricing Agreements
    • Supplier Contracts
  • Track contract renewals and ensure timely completion of renewal and extension activities.

Procurement Operations & Stakeholder Support

  • Review and validate purchase requisitions and purchase orders for completeness and approve.
  • Support stakeholders throughout the Source-to-Pay (S2P) lifecycle.
  • Collaborate with Procurement Operations, Legal, Finance, SMDM, and business functions to resolve sourcing and supplier-related issues.
  • Provide procurement guidance and market intelligence to stakeholders.
  • Quick attention to pull in the delivery dates and work with supplier when tool down.

Category Management Support

  • Partner with Global Category Lead to execute category strategies and drive continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Support supplier rationalization, risk assessments, supplier diversity, sustainability, and supply continuity programs.
  • Conduct market research and benchmarking analysis to support strategic decisions.

Catalog & Data Analytics

  • Manage and optimize catalogs and punchout solutions to improve user experience and spend compliance.
  • Analyze spend data and purchasing trends to identify sourcing opportunities and process improvements.
  • If required to develop reports, dashboards, and presentations for management reviews using procurement and business intelligence tools.

Compliance & Governance

  • Ensure adherence to procurement policies, internal controls, and audit requirements.
  • Support Environmental, Health, Safety, Security (EHSS), and sustainability initiatives.
  • Maintain accurate procurement documentation and records.

Systems Knowledge:

Experience with:

  • SAP / SAP Ariba (Required)
  • Icertis Contract Management
  • ServiceNow
  • Workday
  • Concur
  • Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Word

Industry Experience

  • Semiconductor industry experience preferred.
  • Experience supporting manufacturing, industrial, engineering, or technology environments is highly desirable.
  • 6-10 years of experience.

  • Strong analytical, reporting, and data interpretation skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced global environment.
  • Self-motivated with a continuous improvement mindset.

Work Requirements

  • Ability to support stakeholders across global regions.
  • Working hours aligned to the US time zone: 5:30 PM – 2:30 AM IST
  • Hybrid/Remote working arrangements subject to business requirements.
  • Availability to work from office during management visits, trainings, workshops, or business-critical activities.
