Job Description:

   

ONELead Geo PM Job scope/summary: ONElead is a Global Incentive Program that drives order growth by enabling Delivery employees to submit new business opportunities to the Sales organization. The geo ONElead PM drives this engagement across the various Delivery Functions (Account Services, GRS, HPC), Category Management and Sales to ensure the delivery of the ONELead Growth target. The Geo PM is accountable for maintaining the end-to-end process flow and meeting the agreed KPIs. The Geo PM provides leadership and direction to the geo PMO teams and the rest of the stakeholders, communicates the trends and results to the Geo Leadership, escalates process issues, introduces improvement and growth ideas, implements corrective action plans, and collaborates with the Global ONELead team to define and leverage geo best practices on global level.   

Job specifics/responsibilities:   

  • Negotiate geo targets and distribute country targets
  • Monitor the country and geo target completion
  • Monitor the agreed KPIs (conversion rate, win rate, leads created YoY, wins YoY, % of leads ageing)
  • Deliver performance updates to the geo Leadership team
  • Communicate and align with geo Leadership, geo Business Contacts and geo PMO
  • Release ONELead communications and drive the program’s marketing strategy for the eligible population in the geo Validate ONELead Incentive Payouts in the geo
  • Suggest & Drive Improvement Ideas and Corrective Action Plans on geo level
  • Sign off geo specific changes and handle escalations   

Key deliverables/accountabilities:   

  • Delivery if geo growth target and KPIs
  • Enable the execution of the operational process steps by removing any roadblocks for the PMO team
  • Drive alignment between the stakeholders to maintain the required infrastructure and enable a streamlined process flow and operational excellence    
  • Provide coordination, guidance, and support to the geo PMO team
  • Introduce growth initiatives and drive continuous improvement

Education and Experience Required:

  • First Level University degree.
  • 5-7+ years in project management roles or in like roles/businesses.

Knowledge and Skills:

  • Demonstrates an in-depth understanding of key Services' operational policies, processes and methodologies applicable to project management.
  • Speaks with authority to most layers of depth related to project management methods.
  • Makes use of and contributes to Services PM Profession community.
  • PMP Certified.
  • English - advanced level
