At Motorola Solutions, our Unified Communications portfolio is undergoing a massive strategic transformation, and our product leadership team is at the forefront of this innovation. We are seeking a highly strategic, execution-oriented Senior Product Manager to drive our North America Public Safety and Mission Critical Broadband Push-to-talk Services (MCX) portfolio.
Job Description
In this role, you will be the absolute voice of the North American public safety professionals and market. Not only will you define the product roadmap that ensures flawless, life-saving, subscription-based software experiences, but you will also own and manage our critical relationships with major North American telecommunications carriers. Key Responsibilities
Product Strategy & Roadmap: Define and execute the end-to-end product vision for NA Public Safety & MCX, delivering subscription software solutions that solve critical operational challenges for our public safety customers.
Requirements & Agile Execution: Write comprehensive product requirements, Epics, and detailed user stories, ensuring engineering teams have all necessary context for maturation into continuous software release plans.
Subscription Growth & Lifecycle: Drive the commercial success of our software portfolio by focusing on key SaaS metrics, including adoption, retention, and seamless upgrade pathways.
Carrier Relationship Management: Serve as the primary product leader for our NA carrier partnerships. Drive joint roadmaps, negotiate technical integrations, and ensure our MCX platforms are perfectly optimized for carrier networks.
Cross-Functional Orchestration: Collaborate closely with strategic finance, commercial, and operations teams to ensure business case viability and drive flawless, rapid go-to-market execution.
User-Centric Innovation: Conduct deep, on-the-ground discovery with NA law enforcement, fire, and EMS agencies to translate complex workflows into intuitive, reliable product requirements.
Standards & Compliance: Ensure all products adhere to stringent North American mission-critical standards (e.g., 3GPP MCX) and cybersecurity requirements.
Technical Fluency: Deep understanding of LTE/5G broadband networks, LMR (Land Mobile Radio) interoperability, and 3GPP standards.
Leadership: Exceptional ability to influence without authority, aligning engineering, sales, and external partners around a unified product vision.

Target Base Salary Range: $128,800 - $160,900 USD
Consistent with Motorola Solutions values and applicable law, we provide the following information to promote pay transparency and equity. Pay within this range varies and depends on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. The actual offer will be based on the individual candidate.
Basic Requirements
Experience: 5+ years product management experience, preferably in telecommunications, public safety, or mission-critical software.
Carrier Expertise: Proven track record of managing technical partnerships or joint roadmaps with major North American wireless carriers/MNOs.
