North America 4P Strategic Initiatives Business Lead

4P Category role is at the center of driving the business execution in a long-term strategy aligned with business priorities and needs. Building a future ready strategic framework, breaking it down to executable initiatives and driving its execution collaborating and partnering across key stakeholders as alliances, marketing, channel, sales, and category. 
 
Responsibilities:

  •     Lead Strategic Initiatives across the segments partnering with alliances, marketing, channel, sales and category. 

  •     Work across stakeholders at Worldwide level (Commercial Category and 4P teams) to translate the strategy for LATAM Market.

  •     Breakdown the strategic framework into executable initiatives. 

  •     Work with key alliance partners (Intel, AMD, Microsoft, and Nvidia) to ensure their strategic alignment is tied in with HP and we are investing in common areas of importance.

  •     Build and drive end to end 4P plans for each initiative at a market level by partnering closely with market leaders. Identifying the unique needs of each and fine tuning the strategy to help drive the priority initiatives.

  •     Collaborate across stakeholders from WW Category, marketing, alliances, sales, channel to drive all resources required to successfully execute the 4P Plans for each initiative.

  •     Build rolling four quarter 4P plans to ensure consistency of business objectives across the year.

  •     Coordinate BPE logistics, products trainings.

  •     Lead category MDF administrative process

 
Top skills required:

  •     Strategic mindset with ability to develop business plans with executable elements.

  •     Project management capability, driving multiple projects across different stakeholders at the same time.

  •     Strong product, customer, and business aptitude with an ability to integrate all together to drive strong 4P plans.

  •     Understanding of diverse business functions including product, marketing, finance, alliances and go to market.

  •     Think strategically, execute tactically.  Work at a strategic level and simultaneously roll up your sleeves and work tactically with individuals across the organization to drive results.

  •     Ability to work in a large matrix organization with multiple stakeholders across the value chain, ensuring projects move ahead with specific timelines taking all stakeholders along.

  •     Strong interpersonal skills. Ability to work across multiple teams, with diverse objectives and be able to drive people to a common business objective.

  •     Strong leadership capabilities

  •     Strong relationship skills at various levels including executives and senior management.

  •     Strong communication and presentation skills. Ability to conceptualize, create and articulate business presentations.

 
 
Years of Experience required:

  •     8+ years in product marketing fundamentals

  •     Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Marketing or engineering. MBA preferred.

The on-target earnings (OTE) range for this role is $147,300 to $231,300 USD annually with a 80%/20% (salary/incentive) mix. There are additional opportunities for pay in the form of bonuses and/or equity (applies to United States of America candidates only). Pay varies by work location, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience.
