This position is a direct report to the Facility Security Office in Tucson Arizona. This role will partner with all Global Security Services cores, programs & mission area leaders, human resources, ethics, legal, customers and DCSA to assist with developing solutions to a myriad of security challenges. You must possess uncompromised ethical standards, be a team player, and possess strong verbal and written communication skills. This position will require you to collaborate extensively in a matrix organization. You must be a self starter who requires minimal supervision as well as displays meticulous organizational skills.
What You Will Do
- Conduct investigative work IAW 32 CFR Part 117
- Assist with routine self-inspections and government mandated inspections
- Participate in customer reviews, document findings, recommend and assist with corrective actions
- Evaluating implementation of corrective action plans.
- Assist with suspicious contact reports as well as potential adverse cases for determination on reporting to Defense Counterintelligence and Security Agency (DCSA) in accordance with the 32 CFR Part 117; National Industrial Security Program Operating Manual (NISPOM) and the 13 adjudicative guidelines.
Qualifications You Must Have
- Typically requires: A University Degree or equivalent experience and minimum 2 years of prior relevant experience, or An Advanced Degree in a related field
- Experience applying 32 CFR Part 117 NISPOM, as well as SEAD 3 and SEAD 4 requirements.
- Experience with the 13 adjudicative guidelines
- Experience with Administrative Inquiries
- Experience with investigative report writing
Qualifications We Prefer
- Preferably 5 years of investigative experience in a security environment, or experience from a certified law enforcement or government schoolhouse.
- Bachelor's degree in Industrial Security, Criminal Justice, Business Knowledgeable in investigating potential security violations/infractions IAW 32 CFR Part 117 (NISPOM) Assessment and Authorization Process Manual (DAAPM)
- Experience in Counterintelligence operations, suspicious contact reporting, and insider threat investigations.
- Experienced in the following databases: Access Commander, e-Security, and DISS

The salary range for this role is 68,900 USD - 131,100 USD. The salary range provided is a good faith estimate representative of all experience levels.
